Service very slow, out of breakfast sandwich at 6:30am (!!??)...been going downhill for awhile now. Window/drive up just not the same, too slow, too many mistakes. I'm here M-F on way to work. Thinkg of switchg to DD.

To tell you the truth went through the drive-thru was told to park in number 3 spot 10 proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes for our food to come out so what is it with a drive-thru when you have to sit there outside waiting for your food

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. THE WAIT PERIOD WAS OVER 20 MINS. When we pulled up there was noone here. We have been here 20 mins waiting for food. And every other person who pulled up after has to wait. Are these people waiting for people to come in before they make the food?

I haven't been to a McDonald's in 10 years. I got a double quarter pounder with cheese and french fries and it was actually amazing. I was super surprised that it was so good.

Delivery order missing an item,will not send replacement ,must order again and give another tip to another delivery person,plus pay extra for small door dash order. WILL NOT MISS mcdonald's BREAKFASTS or their LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!!!

The person who took my order was nice. The person whom gave me my food order - he gave me a McDouble instead of the sandwich I ordered. Also I know I ordered a 6 piece nuggets because I was on the phone and the person even verified I ordered a 6 piece but when they took my bag they took my receipt and didn’t give the receipt back. AND they forgot my sauce. What an inconvenience!! I’ll make sure to go to the one on the other side of the highway in Old Bridge.

The quality and portion size seems to get smaller and smaller as the price goes higher and higher. but the taste is consistent you always know what you're going to get.
They miscounted our change twice and tried to snag us out of $10. The manager started an argument with a customer over ICE that lead to a cursing match from across the restaurant where there were also a family with young children dining. Last but not least they forgot all 3 of the sweet and sour sauces that we had ordered with our meal. Overall a bad experience for my first time coming to this location. Staff was unprofessional and the manager isn’t that friendly.
