I come here often but I had a horrible experience today. I went through the drive through at night and I waited at the first window but nobody opened the window and I waited for a few minutes so I went down to the second window to see it anyone was there. I was greeted with the rudest lady working there ( I think her name was Mariene I’m not sure) she opened the window and said oh you have to pay at the first window and I explained that I waited and no one came so she said “ well then give me the money because I don’t know how much it is” in the rudest tone with the nastiest expression. I was so shocked I literally asked her who does she think she’s talking to? I asked for the manager and she walked away with the biggest attitude like she couldn’t be bothered and when the manager came he asked what happened and then he apologised for her behavior and said she could’ve had a problem understanding as she walked past him with a no care attitude. I don’t know how they have people like that working in their establishment.

This location has consistently messed up my order no matter who is working. Always getting the wrong item, asking for extra of an ingredient but instead getting none of it, the drive through takes 5+ minutes per person, etc.

It’s just McDonald’s I don’t know why everyone else reviewing them expects more than that. Natalya was very sweet I appreciated her service. As for the manager the big tall white guy? Rude to his employees. Killed my vibe. Like I said it’s just McDonald’s everyone being fed in a timely matter, the restaurant was clean, get off their back.

I have a lot to say about this mcdonald’s. First of all, me and my starving pals ordered from this bs two days in a row. the night staff that works there yall have to fire them. they think they’re slick and just don’t wanna make 10 mc chickens at 4am even though our uber eats order is something they could clearly see on their screen, and then they have the audacity to tell us that they don’t see it. quit being lazy and just put the fries in the bag lil bro. it’s a shame fr.

Terrible, don't come here Employess thinks they own the restaurant They don't allowed you to used any validation code from receipt. They only take rewards from the app. So store dont accept a survey code here is not allowed 🚫 😑. They male you wait on the side they don't have the food ready, and besides that they don't get your oder correct.
Walked inside to order some breakfast. No one around. Looks like everything needs to be ordered online. Left and went to the drive-in. Barely understand what the person said. Was able to eventually get what I ordered. Sorry McDonald's, not loven it. Won't be back.

I normally like this mcdonalds, but the quality of the chicken nuggets is really going downhill. The chicken nugget is paper thin and the batter is watered down. The meat is not tender and juicy, and the batter is not fresh, moist inside, or crispy outside. Will not be ordering chicken nuggets from here again.
