Horrible service today I went to the drive thru and the grl that gave me the food was nasty Gave me a tea unsweetened I asked for sweet tea no ice no napkins she's very rude she said what I said is that mine and gave me an attitude never coming here again please change your staff

Staff rude wouldn't give napkins or sauce. No more play area. Which is great for kids ona. Long trip to get out some energy. They have tablets at the tables for the kids but def not the same as a play place..bathroom was ehh, tables were dirty

Might as well close doors and operate drive through only. Multiple times extremely poor service if you are inside.

I've asked for my French fries to be fresh and watched the guy Make em I watched. The guy makes the old fries with the new fries. Have said that that was n Normal At the same time, the guy was not wearing any gloves handling food. That's why they have the The partition up now so you cannot see the make the food in the back.. At the same time I believe he will sick because he was coughing and sneezing. Discuss me.

Haven't been to Mc's in years. I was craving a certain sandwich and discover 10 minutes after I drove off that I received WRONG item at another location far away. So, this was a 2nd attempt. They asked me to pull into a spot to wait. After 10 minutes, I walked in and after another couple of minutes, they handed me my order. Even though the order was correct this time, it totally UNACCEPTICLE to wait 10+ minutes for a fast-food drive through item!!!
