The atmosphere is nice but the most important part of the restaurant is the food and was so bad, we pay almost $300 for an awful dinner and after that we feel very sad because we feel that this amount that we pay for it was not worth, as a recommendation for the chef: there is no reason to pour row olive oil on top of every dish, that doesn’t say you’re cool or better chef. NOT recommend visiting the restaurant

This place is truly something special. It’s an upscale Mexican/Tex-Mex experience that feels incredibly elevated and intentionally designed from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is dark, mysterious, and absolutely beautiful…every detail feels curated to create a one-of-a-kind vibe.
The cocktails are spectacular. You can tell each drink is crafted with real expertise and attention to detail, not just in flavor, but in presentation and experience. Everything works together, from the fire and smoke to the sparklers, creating such an exciting and immersive moment with every cocktail. I had a mezcal drink that was honestly the best I’ve ever had.
We started with chips, guacamole, and three different salsas, all of which paired perfectly together and complemented the margaritas so well. We also had the chicken tinga tostada, which was loaded and full of flavor. Definitely a standout appetizer.
For dinner, I had the lobster paella risotto and it was incredibly creamy and delicious. I especially appreciated that it focused on lobster and not other seafood elements as I have allergies, which worked perfectly for me. Truly a five-star dish. My boyfriend ordered the chef’s favorite chicken dish and couldn’t even finish it because of how generous the portion was…the chicken was cooked perfectly.
The portions overall are great for the price. You might expect smaller servings because of how upscale it is, but that’s not the case at all.
The sangria (both red and white) was also amazing! Not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced and refreshing. It genuinely felt like summer in a glass.
What made the experience even more special was the attention to detail in hospitality. It was my birthday, and they gave me a sweet birthday card when I arrived and ended the night with a candle to make a wish. Such a thoughtful touch 🩵😭
Before leaving, we walked around to take in the entire space, and it was so cool to see how different each area felt. One side is more intimate and quiet, perfect for smaller tables, while the other is more energetic and designed for larger groups. Even the bar is a whole experience on its own, with flame elements that add to the atmosphere.
We will absolutely be back for another special occasion, and next time hopefully with friends. I can’t wait to try more of their cocktails.
I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention the service… our server was excellent, and although I do not remember his name, he had such knowledge and expertise of the menu that his suggestions and pairings were spot on. As well as the rest of the wait staff and buster’s collectively working together to make sure we had an upscale dining experience. It felt wonderful to be truly attended to.

The drinks were just as impressive, and the presentation was truly on fire—beautiful, creative, and elevated the whole experience.
A huge shoutout to our waiter, Matthew, who made the night even better. He was personable, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that did not disappoint. His energy and professionalism really stood out and made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish.

INCREDIBLE dining experience here last night. This has been on my list for a while. Well worth the wait. From the moment we walked in the vibe was impeccable. Our server was one of the best we've had in recent memory. Super nice and helpful with the menu. The service here is amazing. We had a bunch of appetizers/drinks/dessert and every bite was amazing. The menu is well varied and dynamic. I dine out a lot, but this was a whole experience. I cannot recommend Mezcal enough!

My wife and I went for dinner on 3/13. We love this restaurant and we love 618. We have been for Valentine’s Day pre fix and Mother’s Day buffet. Excellent. However on this nite I was very disappointed in two things. They had a special coconut layer cake for dessert. My absolute favorite. My wife said fine even though it was her birthday. 25.00 dollars. Ridiculous. But they claimed it was for two. It was not. A slice for one. I mean come on. Isn’t the prices expensive enough? Also they didn’t give my wife anything but a candle to blow out. Nothing. I have been to do many restaurants where they give you something for a birthday. And we are regulars. So that left a very bad taste. Yes I will continue to come cause we love your restaurants. Mezcal is very expensive not unlike most steakhouses. Food was great. Service great. But that cake price and the portion was like a kick in the you know what

came here for the first time on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was nearly full. The interior of this place is breathtaking. The manager and his employees were really friendly. He was pleased to give me a tour of the restaurant when I asked to view the main eating area. give us some background information on the exquisite tequila bottles. This eatery evokes the atmosphere of a posh Mexican metropolis. The cuisine options were unique, and the staff was very attentive. Not the typical steak and beverage selections you may anticipate. The trip is worthwhile just for their drinks.

This was the best restaurant experience I've ever had! The atmosphere inside was totally unexpected; when I walked through the doors I was shocked by the lighting, decorations, and music, which were all perfectly curated to provide an upscale and enjoyable experience. I ordered the tomahawk steak for 2 and it was amazing! I'd definitely recommend getting all of the additional sides as well. I also got the stuffed churros for 2 dessert and it was AMAZING and came with a little fire demonstration which was super cool! Definitely recommend this restaurant and I will be returning!
