I ordered 2 large pies at 5:06.. to be delivered... They told me it would be here within 40-45 minutes.. Later, I received a text that it would be delivered at 6:40. Here we are 7:02pm. No pizza. Apparently, they use a 3rd party delivery service. I asked to refund my card. They said it would take 2 to 3 business days.. Why? My husband decided to go pick up the pizza and waited another 20 minutes. They tried to tell my husband that someone stole our pies.. NO!! We have cameras, and NO ONE showed up to our home. All they could say was I'm sorry or unfortunately.. Worst service experience ever!
I ordered from this place for the burger and shake combo, mainly because of the deal. While the burger was decent, everything else was disappointing. The fries were hard and stale, with half of them being inedible. As for the “milkshake,” it tasted like an entire bottle of Nesquik syrup was dumped into a bottle of Nesquik strawberry milk. It seemed as if they had just frozen the strawberry milk, added more strawberry flavoring, and poured it into a clear plastic cup. I won’t be ordering from here again.

This is an updated review. It went from a 1 star to 4 AFTER COVID...just overall very good values for the quality and price. Staff is very friendly! We ONLY really like the pizza, though,so...

Just had a horrible experience with this place I like there food but I tried to order online but there website did not recognize my address I have ordered from this place for years I live 2 miles from mikes I called there to explain this situation but they didn't care at all Never ordering from them again! HORRIBLE customer service but obviously they don't want or need the business I would give zero stars
