This chain is falling off. The coffee was cold and there was no one present for a while after I walked in. I used to LOVE Panera, and I'm indifferent to it now because every chaquestionin seems like this one.

Food was amazing!!!! They made a minor error on our order so I called and spoke to the manager John. He was so kind and understanding. He made it right and the young lady behind the take out counter was the sweetest (I wish I got her name). It was my husband's first time eating at Panera and bc of the amazing food and service, it will not be the last! Thank you John and girl behind the counter!!

The staff was so sweet and pleasant to be around. The woman who took our order later checked on us as we were leaving and askex if we enjoyed the meal and was glad we had a great visit. She went above and beyond the expectations.

Food isn't bad but it's just so, so overpriced. I took my 3 year old for lunch the other day - one half salad and one you pick two combo was over $30. Don't think I can justify that again unfortunately.
My sandwich was made perfectly ! I go to other Panera’s and they make it you can tell in a rush. But this place I would love to go back even though it’s a little further out than the spot near me. Clean and pleasant 🩷

Excellent location. Liked the ceramic coffee cups available for use. Only out of dark roast self serve coffee, plenty of watery Hazelnut coffee which was the only downer.
