Cintas truck pulled up to service your location around 7:55 am.
He parked in front AND blocking the only handicap ramp and spot for your store.
He blocked this space for over a half an hour. Your management team allows this kind of behavior.
As he was in the store he continued to flirt and joke with the girls at the register.
He then continued to go in the back and touch all the racks with food on it. HE WAS COMING FROM WORKING IN THE BATHROOM with his gloves still on. He touched and moved all your racks with food on it. Absolutely disgusting!!

Stopped by Paris Baguette and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the pastries were absolutely delicious—fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. Definitely a go-to spot for a sweet treat or coffee break. Highly recommend! 🥐☕

First few times since opening were great so we decided to order her for Christmas dessert for our family and friends we ordered it and didn’t open it till I got home only to find there was hardly no filling in any thing we ordered so it is going to be a major let down for tomorrow to the point of I don’t even want sever it

**Big cheaters.** The price on the tag is less but at the time of payment they charged higher price. The authorities must check this matter and take a serious action about this business

I went here for the first time tonight to get some coffee and dessert. Needless to say we were pretty disappointed! The shelves were pretty much empty , and there was barely any selection at all! We ordered two coffees, and we both thought the coffee tasted was TERRIBLE! I ended up getting a cheesecake and three macarons that were pretty good, but not amazing. The tables and chairs were filthy! The people behind the counter were nice, and I asked how come there was barely any selection? She stated they had a busy day. Perhaps we came on a bad day, and I’ll give it another shot. I definitely won’t be getting coffee on my next visit, but I’ll try some more of their desserts.

Extremely bad customer service. They dont ask anything about the drink and make all kinds of assumptions. If you try to ask the tall African American gives you attitude. Weird staff.

I ate at several different stores and this was my only bad experience. I purchased several donuts and pastries and they were all stale. They literally tasted like they were a day or 2 old.

Went today do buy a cake and asked them if they could write happy birthday they said yes and added the $5 on the cake which it came to about $60. Than the guy came back from the kitchen and said they are not writing anything they are busy. I said please it will only take a minute and they still said no the kitchen is backed up and have no time to write Happy Birthday!

I hate that it is a corporate chain mass produced food service. I would rather support mom and pop places. But I was in the area and just needed to grab a bite. Their pastries and croissants are good.
They used to be so good when they first opened up. Customer service is getting worse by the day. They need to hire more people.

This place was amazing when it first opened. The food and drinks are still decent, but every single worker here looks absolutely miserable. they don’t even smile at you. The are often understaffed during busy times and shout your coffee order to the entire place when it’s ready. Definitely ruins the “Parisian cafe” vibe this place is going for. The tables and floors are always dirty. Not sure why, but now everything is slightly overcooked - croissants, tarts - are all overly browned and taste too crispy. The idea is this place is amazing. The execution, not so much.
