I got the cinnamon pretzels in the cup (rivet shakers), and they were so dry!!! $5 wasted for poor quality pretzels. I got them before 12pm and the fact their stuff was already stale is terrible.

The gentlemen and the young lady are consistently pleasant and polite willing to make pretzels even when it's close to their closing. The pretzels are very tasty

Their delicious and impressive pretzel trays are always a hit with the party guests- the pretzels always taste super fresh. On top of that, the owner & his daughter offer excellent customer service!

The BEST absolute best pretzel spot I know!!! The customer service was over the top, super nice and friendly staff. The young girl that was working there was really sweet and even gave me a stamp card. The pretzels were super fresh. The iced coffee was also great, got it with extra mocha and I loved it. Happy with the service and happy with my order, would definitely recommend!!!

I didn't have any of the pretzels here but the manager was super nice and very helpful! I will definitely be giving him my business going forward.

I just went to use my gift card at the shop in Walmart & the girl told me it was no longer any good because they changed their computer system and they will have new gift cards soon. Thank goodness I had enough cash on me.

Been coming to this location for years. The customer service here is amazing. Tried the other Old Bridge location for free pretzel day. Call me crazy but I expected the pretzels from the same franchise to be the same in every way. They are not. While they have the same shape the outer crust seems different. Walmart has a thicker skin. The new location had a thin skin and much less salt plus they were overcooked. Both were good but I prefer the Walmart version much better. The new location looks like they are better equipped for large orders as they seem to have bigger ovens. Judge for yourself but for me it's about quality and service. I'll stick with Walmart for my business.

the family that owns this location are so nice and really care about the product they make. they watch those ovens to make sure every pretzel is perfect. a new Old Bridge location opened up recently and they don't hold a candle to the Walmart location. the new location Burns their pretzels and overcooks everything. I'll stick to Walmart location. they're definitely the best in the area
