Food is great, and staff are friendly. But I want to talk about PRICING!!! A year ago, I used to be able to go to pretzel factory and get a small box of rivets, large side of cheese, and a 20oz drink for $12! Had not been to pretzel factory in awhile, and decided to go the other day. Guess what?! The same order that cost me $12 a year ago……I paid $20!! An $8 increase in price is ABSURD! I’m sick of companies like this making ridiculous increases to their prices! Shows me the kind of people that are running Pretzel Factory. I wish there were laws that kept price gauging like this in check!!

They deliver DoorDash which Sucks. They leave your order on the Floor of a means of a egress exit when that’s a violation of FDA regulations. Hence I never received my $80.00 order. This so called establishment Pretzels of Philly says it’s not their problem. So I’m forced to stop payment. Just Warning other good people.
Pretzels were fantastic . Frozen lemonade delicious and refreshing 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We were so happy when they finally opened. First 2 times were great however the 3rd time in the middle of packing a large order the cashier coughed directly into her hand, and just continued to finish packing things up.I should have said something but there were other customers in the store and she was a very sweet woman and I did not want to make her feel uncomfortable, my mistake though because I could not bring myself to eat any of the pretzels or give them to the intended recipients. Management needs to enforce stronger hygiene protocol. If you cough in your hand or sneeze you must wash if you are handling food. I am not in a position to throw out 40.00, so Im not sure I will be returning anytime soon. I am disappointed because we really like the pretzels.
