I see a lot of negative reviews, however, I had an amazing experience. The call center incorrectly took my order for a Veggie Lover Pan Pizza and asked additional special instructions with pineapple on the side. I picked up the pizza and when I brought it home, my mom told me this isn’t correct. I'm not one for complaining but yo how is the service of this place this bad, I called to place an order 3 times just to be on hold each time, and the last time I got food here it took over an hour just for a plain pizza and bread sticks that ridiculous I miss pizza hut from back in the day but for this place to come back to my area to be this bad is so disappointing, and not all but some of the people working at the old bridge location are so rude and no responsive.
