I've never seen anything like this from playabowls, but I just had an order delivered from Uber and none of the directions in our order were followed, and both of our bowls were half empty. My girlfriend's literally had huge empty sections in the bowl because only half of it had a base in it. We were charged full price plus extra for the customizations but got two half empty bowls that didn't have any of we asked for.

My husband usually picks up my mobile orders for me, so I haven't had the pleasure to experience in-store service. But when I do receive my order, it is ALWAYS top tier! I have no complaints. I've been to other Playa Bowls and I'm very thankful this location is my local store. Keep up the great work!!

I order from here at least 1-2 times a week. Their employee Alana is honestly the best. She always gets my order right and so attentive especially if I don’t like something she strives to fix or resolve it. I’m super appreciative of her customer skills and which says a lot about this establishment.

Playa, above other chains are what smoothies are supposed to look and taste like. You know it’s made with the ingredients called out on the board. Not like the others who fill the blender up with ice. You’re getting what you paid for!

The place is neat and clean, however I ordered 2 bowls with extra Nutella and they did not add extra Nutella and charged us. They should check the order before we pick it up. I called back when I opened the bag the girl whom I spoke to just said oh it won’t happen again and no refund of my money. This is not professional. They charge and not deliver.
