My husband usually picks up my mobile orders for me, so I haven't had the pleasure to experience in-store service. But when I do receive my order, it is ALWAYS top tier! I have no complaints. I order from here at least 1-2 times a week. Their employee Alana is honestly the best. She always gets my order right and so attentive especially if I don’t like something she strives to fix or resolve it. I’m super appreciative of her customer skills and which says a lot about this establishment.
Playa, above other chains are what smoothies are supposed to look and taste like. You know it’s made with the ingredients called out on the board. Not like the others who fill the blender up with ice.
