I have been their regular customer but today is my last day to be their customer because the old guy & the young guy both are really rude & super cheap. They don’t give more than 2 sauces (Raita) even you bought a lot of food. Quality of Chatni is 90% water 10% yogurt. Their meat & grocery prices are higher than all other places. They don’t even give a shopping bag for 3 naans & kababs. They put the hot naans in my hand. I bear two times their cheapness & rudeness but today enough. I’m really disappointed. Their tone to customers is really aggressive. Nothing is good here. Better to go some other stores to be respected & for fresh meat & groceries on reasonable prices.

I’ve been a regular customer and always enjoyed your samosas, but I’ve noticed that no matter how many I buy—whether 2 or 10—you only give two sauces. I usually have to request more, and until now, it was never an issue.
Today, I was unexpectedly charged $2 extra just for asking for additional sauce, without any warning or explanation. That felt unfair and disappointing.
Unfortunately, this experience has changed my view of your customer service. You’ve lost a regular customer.
