Been going to Ralf’s for years since original location in Staten Island great family I know them well as for this rt 34 location product still is the same excellent but for what you get according to size you order seems to be skimpy or a bit shy depending who’s filling your cup ,for the price you pay you should feel like you’re getting your moneys worth but that’s not the feeling you get your order the cup should be filled no matter the size

BEWARE. There are TWO Ralphs oldbridge venmos!!!! I was just told by the owner that the one I have been paying for the past two years is incorrect!!! So I was charged two times $36.. $72 for ice cream!!!!!!! Owner didn’t seem to care. I have made reports to Venmo. BEWARE.

Best ice cream I ever had in my life, fresh, staff is very friendly, understanding and will help you to order, craft and pick the ice cream that you will love and wouldn’t want to have any other ice cream but Ralph’s old bridge
I love Ralph’s Italian Ices! The staff at this location are super nice too. They let you have a sample before you buy. My favorite Sundaes here are the apple cobbler and the hot fudge brownie. They are so DELICIOUS! The hot fudge brownie ice cream I swap the soft serve for Mississippi mud hard ice cream. Hot fudge sundaes are better with hard ice cream because soft serve melts quickly when it’s topped with anything hot. Their Ices are far better than Rita’s too! My favorites are the chocolate chip cheesecake, peanut butter and jelly, and peanut butter cookie dough. They also have cookie dough sundaes here too which are also very good! The cake batter a peanut butter cookie dough sundaes are the best! The choices are endless here! I recommend Ralph’s Italian Ices in Hazlet!

Disgusting. Chocolate ice cream was grainy, literally went from the window straight to the trash in the back. Asked for a cup to put ice cream in to bring home and they first said they don’t have cups/dishes, then when questioned they said they had water cups yet they sell hot fudge sundaes. No cards accepted but have an atm in the front that charges $3 which seems like a high fee given your product is ice cream. Rude staff, can easily see why the overall rating is low, wish I would have checked reviews first and then set my $20 on fire, would have been a better use.
