Placed a takeout order 2 weeks ago. Never got one of the items in the order. It was a big order for a group. I called asking if I would be able to get a refund for a missing item. It was a drive to get there so a hassle to go back. Person I spoke to over the phone said sure, I’ll receive the refund in 3-4 business days. It has since been 2 weeks, I have not received a refund for the item they forgot to pack. I reached out again, and they said they’ll just reach out to a service team. Didn’t take my order number or anything. I just gave them the date I placed my order. Will update my review as to how this issue progresses.
Edit: I reached out to them for the third time after receiving a comment from this review and they have offered me a full refund.

It's pouring rain and this location does not allow using it's drive through while ordering via app. So now I know where not to go when the weather is bad. Welp I guess I'll go elsewhere. Bummer for Shake Shack.

We had a great experience at this Shake Shack location. My son ordered a burger, fries and chocolate milkshake. The kid loves a good burger and left very satisfied. It appears newer so it is nice and clean and welcoming. The overly location is really nice.

Oct. 2025 We stopped in for a quick bite . We have eaten at other Shake Shacks and it was always good. This time it was a different story. The chicken Sandwich tasted off. The FF was it's usually. I stopped eating the chicken. I just couldn't get past the tace taste. Ithinkomg maybe I'm getting sick. The other person finished the burger and onion rings with no complaints. They asked if they could eat the rest of mine. I commented that it didn't taste right. They didn't seem to mind. By the time I got home i could feel my stomach turning. I called the other person. They commented, so far so good. It's early morning, they called me. I'm sick & so am I. I will never eat there again. They agreed. Don't stop there. RUN AA FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANY OTHER PLACE !

Placed an order for delivery through DD. Ordered side of fried pickles, received 5 pickle chips total. My bad, didn’t realize it was a buck a slice. Once hot burgers were put in the bag with the cold drinks. All food arrived cold, bags and drinks were not sealed in any way. Bacon soggy and a hard object found in one of the burgers when a bite was taken(and then discarded).
