Placed a takeout order 2 weeks ago. Never got one of the items in the order. It was a big order for a group. I called asking if I would be able to get a refund for a missing item. It was a drive to get there so a hassle to go back. Person I spoke to over the phone said sure, I’ll receive the refund in 3-4 business days. It has since been 2 weeks, I have not received a refund for the item they forgot to pack. I reached out again, and they said they’ll just reach out to a service...
We had a great experience at this Shake Shack location. My son ordered a burger, fries and chocolate milkshake. The kid loves a good burger and left very satisfied. It appears newer so it is nice and clean and welcoming. The overly location is really nice.
Madison and Scott went above and beyond with their terrific customer service! Our young child was thrilled to receive a Shake Shack sticker, and our order arrived expediently and correctly.
