Food is good but service is horrible and expensive. It was not busy today but our waitress sucked and kept forgetting about our table. Not sure if I’ll ever go back.

The atmosphere was very nice; the place is decorated wonderful! Very colorful, great vibe. The staff was very nice. The empanadas were good, mine are better. My son said his shrimp quesadillas were not great. I would go here again.

The atmosphere was great! Music was on point. The food was ok. The chicken wings had absolutely no flavor. They tasted like grease. The rest of the food was pretty good. Our server (I believe his name was Guillermo) was very nice, BUT no one at the table could understand what he was saying. He had a very heavy spanish accent. Thank God we spoke spanish, and after a few tries, we were able to make out what he was saying. The drinks were amazing, especially the coconut mojito and strawberry daiquiri. The deserts were good. We had the sampler dessert. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the meal and especially the drinks!! I would definitely go back.
Kid-friendliness: Good place to take the kids. They have small plates on the menu, and the atmosphere is enjoyable to kids.
We really enjoyed Happy Hour. Everything was excellent. We'll be coming back!

My server this evening was a new employee named Vincent. Jose who??? Oh yeah. Jose Tejas in Woodbridge, I forgot about that place… SOFIAS IS THE BEST AT THE MEXICAN FOOD RESTAURANT GAME AND WIPES THE COMPETITION OFF THE TABLE WITH EVER DISH THEY OFFER IN THE MENU / Don’t believe me??? GO NOW AND TRY THEM OUT!!! THANK YOU VINCENT FOR THE BEST DAM EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY HAD AT THIS LOCATION SO FAR… Our 3rd trip there and best trip there yet… To the kitchen staff, I wish to compliment you on how quickly the plates come to the table and how amazing the food tastes… And truthfully, the experience begins with the hostess who greets us, then the awesome waiters / waitresses we encounter there and the managers are definitely the right people running the show. BEST PLACE IN THE AREA !

Food is decent, but we won’t be returning due to pricing. for happy hour, the mini tacos are $3 each. I asked for added lettuce. I was aware there’d be surcharge, but not $2 PER mini taco. $8 total surcharge for lettuce when the 4 mini tacos equaled $12. I can buy two heads of lettuce for $8. We also weren’t charged at all for it last time. I’m sorry but $8 for a side of shredded lettuce is a bit ridiculous, sorry.
I ordered steak fajitas and the steak was perfectly cooked. Juicy and good quality meat. The kids had Birria tacos and they were cooked to perfection too. Atmosphere was great: music maybe a little too loud for those that are looking for a quiet place. However, we are here on a Saturday night: and we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food. That was a bit much , the place was very crowded…. So maybe that was the reason. Many birthday celebrations going on… our margaritas were up to our standards but did not like the pina colada’s. A little pricey.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Food was good, drinks were strong. Averagely priced. I got the fajitas, and my husband got a steak burrito. Good portions and very filling. Good music and great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. You get free chips and salsa, and I wasn't a big fan of the chips, very thick and a bit salty, but I enjoyed the salsa, very fresh. I also noticed on the menu they had different flavored guacamoles so I can't wait to go back to try them.
