If I could give zero stars I would. Talk about incompetence I ordered Uber eats so I would not have to drive to get lunch. I ordered a veggie PATTY sandwich it came with lettuce tomato and onion only no cheese no patty no nothing that I ordered . Now I have no lunch at all and I paid 30$ for food that’s ended up in the garbage. I hope all of you who were working today get fired bc how do you not know how to read ticket. Also I didn’t even get my chips. I threw it in the garbage bc it’s not edible.

$20 for a sub. They'll blame inflation. However, there are sub places out there, that aren't fast food, that offer way more toppings, still selling subs around $10-$15 that don't have the buying power of Subway. This is a choice they're making. The sooner people stop shopping at these places, the sooner customers stop being ripped off.

Been coming here after work every morning e cause the food is great! Normally you’d expect like most fast food restaurants for there to be some issues but the owner takes great care of the food products here so that it is fresh every day - every morning for their customers satisfaction!

Never going back. Did not add cheese even though the toasted bread pushed the cheese in the middle on the roll like a string. Plus refused to accept Subway coupons. Why does Subway mail coupons that stores refuse to accept? Forced me to buy sandwich that was not made properly.

I came to NJ to visit a family member around this area and I stopped by this Subway for a quick bite. As soon as I walked in , the owner who was making sandwiches did not greet me and gave me a strange look. But I noticed that the owner was much friendlier to customer before me and after me , which was strange and it just proves he was a RACIST. The food quality was not good and the meat did not look fresh at all. He just tossed my food to me after I finished paying and just yelled “ next “. Not even a “ have a good day “ or any type of customer service. I come visit my family here once in a while and as much as I love subway , I will definitely not be coming back here ever.

Asked them to toast our sandwiches, they didn’t, made snarky remarks to us while we ordered, and also complained about no tip when he messed up our orders. We were constantly being stared down, and the fountain drinks tasted musky.

*FOOD HEALTH VIOLATIONS*I witnessed a dog coming out of the food prep area/kitchen into the area where they make your sandwiches on June 13, 2023 around noon. That is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. As someone with allergies to animals, I complained to the manager and asked for a refund all while telling him that it is a violation to have slobbering dogs in the kitchens of any restaurants. He should know that since all managers of restaurants should have food handler licenses. He lied and claimed that the dog was there IN THE KITCHEN WHERE THEY PREP YOUR FOOD because an employee “found it”. He was saying this all while stuttering pathetically because he couldn’t even keep up with his own lies. That dog was in the kitchen as if it owned the place which tells me that the dog is either the said manager’s or another staff member’s. Either way it was disgusting and shameful. When he promised me a refund, but I didn’t hear back from him for a whole day, I decided to call the store again to ask the manager about it. A nice young woman answered the phone and told me he wasn’t there. As soon as I got off the phone with the woman, the manager UNPROFESSIONALLY calls me from his cell phone so that he could cover his tracks when he threatened me over the phone about taking action against his store for having a DOG in HIS kitchen where it is probably slobbering over the ready-to-eat food made for HUMAN CONSUMPTION. DON’T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BECOME SICK. ZERO STARS!

I paid more than $23 for a chopped salad meal, with fresh mozzarella. Never again though the food is as good and fresh as ever. The sticker shock was palpable.Dietary restrictions: The only real alternative to gluten here is the salads, but not at this price.
