I never got to the food. The unfairness of putting yourself on the waitlist online over walking in is extremely frustrating. I kept being pushed back in line due to those signing up online have complete reference, so they jump ahead.
The worse part came when I was speaking to the manager on duty and stating direct timing and examples to what is happening and nothing from him. No, I understand but its the way it is, let me see what I can do, but no, nada. He basically blamed me for not signing up online although it said 5 minutes online when I walked in, but I was already there 45.
Unreal, seriously lost a great and loyal customer. I feel bad that I may have jumped people in line now after going through this horrible experience since before this visit I had always signed up online.

Today was my first time at Texas Roadhouse and I can’t rave about the food and service more! Our apps and entrees were so fresh and delicious. Our server was so attentive. The manager also came over and gifted me an appetizer coupon and a bag of peanuts because it was my first time there! Can’t wait to come back.

Not sure if the workers at the front have a disability or what’s going on but they do start rolling their eyes and smiling for no reason instead of addressing u properly or like a normal person would. Especially with the brown hair as others have said

came here for a quiet dinner on my birthday, as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with eye rolls from the front staff, and based off the other reviews i’m not the only one. if you wanna spend your money at a location where their workers harass their customers this is your place. the server said a sarcastic remark about it being 9:30 when it was only 9:00pm as if everyone there was rushed on time or couldn’t be bothered to be there, he came back and apologized without me even addressing the situation to him. i told him that i felt uncomfortable because how we were greeted and that i just wanted to eat my food and leave. halfway into my meal the girls that rolled their eyes and her coworkers are literally in a group staring at me and my boyfriend by the front door as we quietly eat our dinner. this is the worst service experience we have ever received.
update: the manager Trish called and expressed her concern about the situation and was just as shocked as i was as she’s a newly assigned manager at this location, and really seemed to empathize with my experience, i truly hope the staff is reprimanded for their behavior and that they are humbled into not acting this way towards other humans, as i’m sure they wouldn’t want it done to them. thank you for taking the time to call and reach a resolution.

I go here once in a while. The food and the service are always excellent so far. Waiters are very friendly. I just give the atmosphere a lower score because im not big on country music. Definitely recommend.
More than half of my steak was all fat, asked for medium and got rare, and got an attitude when I complained RESPECTFULLY. The bathroom is disgustingly filthy. Do not come here.
