This Wawa has really gone downhill. I’ve heard numerous complaints about the way management, particularly a manager named Nick, treats both staff and customers. The level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. The service has become slow and careless, and the food quality has noticeably declined. It’s unfortunate to see a place that used to have a good reputation become so poorly managed. I would not recommend this location until major changes are made.

Barley has ingredients to make sandwich’s. Multiple visits have left me empty handed due to the staffs inability to prepare items.
Go to any other location avoid this one.
Time to restructure management here

Waited 15 mins for my coffee just for them to tell me they gave it too the wrong person when in reality the lady that made my coffee made it then handed it to her friend she was talking too. Time was 9:15am on Thursday 10/23. Employees are stealing from this location.

Their coffee not as good as other wawas and does not match wawa standards. Did not deliver timely for the mobile pickup. Need to improve a lot in the coffee taste

This is the second time I go to this Wawa and my food order is incorrect. They always forget to add sour cream when ordered. I asked for a BLT tonight and got a sandwich with like 20 pieces of bacon with barely any lettuce or tomato. I will def not be coming back here anymore.

Brand new Wawa, but NO diaper changing table or family room. Absolutely unacceptable and so disappointing!

Watch out for this location !! Your wawa rewards would NOT work here in the store ! The app automatically knows your location and wipes out all your rewards that you are entitled to use , so you find yourself paying full price for your shopping at time of checking out ! Extremely frustrated but it's not fair to over pay for items that should be on sale. I guess that's the price for encouraging new locations. Never again!!! Go to a different location to Save your money in a world where everything is expensive to begin with.
