Seems like I have a problem every time I go there I don't know how hard it is to make something plain nothing on it or if they're just too lazy to do it it seems like every time and I pacifically say plain and I make sure they say plain back to me and every time without fail it's not plain I usually check everything but it was a bigger order and I was already running late and they messed up every single thing straight garbage and they want more money make me laugh can't even do basic task literally a screen right in front of your face and you still mess up

Update: January 23 2025 it genuinely hasn't gotten any better. Baked goods as hard as a rock 0 effort put into the food from cold frys to having them try to microwave baked goods back to life. If anything it's some how gotten worse and I genuinely wouldn't recommend this location at all.
I've never had an experience here where something wasn't wrong. From things being forgotten entirely to food being ice cold when handed to me. Every experience has always been something and I regret giving this location as many chances as I have. The last straw was being told how mobile orders sit under a heat lamp till picked up as if that justifies receiving cold food when the order was made in the parking lot due to previous experiences of them handing me cold food. I came drastically before they closed and placed the order in the parking lot and still had cold food and missing items. This is by far one of the worst locations I've experienced.

I only ordered a sandwich, not the combo, and I found an unacceptable, empty and unappetizing sandwich. Speaking to the staff, I couldn't make them understand that the sandwich wasn't made well.

Every single time I order from this Wendy's, something is wrong. I'm always missing something. Or something is just completely incorrect. I ordered a nugget meal and got a chicken sandwich. I ordered a nuggets kids meal and got two orders of fries. Their chili is 90% beans and no meat. Awful.

Terrible, over-fried, nasty food. We ordered the premium classic chicken sandwich which was over $8. It was so burnt to point it looked like beef. We called and spoke to management and they stated an I quote “They sometimes are that color black”….

Wife picked up food. Fries were half full and they were undercooked. Cookies were loose in the bag they literally just threw everything in there. The Manalapan Wendy's is so much better

If I could rate 0 stars I would…. You can’t use your mobile app rewards in the Drive Thru because the “system doesn’t scan”. Drive thru employee rude and the manager is equally as rude
I come to this Wendy’s all the time and I used to see the cashiers sitting down in a nice chair. Well now recently when I’ve come they are standing up in long lines? This kinda confused me so I asked a cashier about it and apparently people complain they were sitting down…. I don’t understand what is wrong with people in this day and age there is nothing wrong with taking a seat and I hope this review makes some change to this policy.

I recently stopped by this Wendy’s and was blown away by the experience. I ordered the Baconator meal, as well as a 444, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The Baconator was stacked with beef patties, crispy bacon, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce—pure indulgence in every bite. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, and the drink was ice-cold, which made the meal even better.
The service was top-notch. My order was ready in minutes, and the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring everything was correct. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, Wendy’s nailed it with this visit. The food quality, fast service, and clean environment made it a perfect 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for another Baconator soon!

I went through the drive through picked up nuggets and fries. Thank God I asked for fries without salt because they were hot and never in my life had such burnt cold chicken nuggets in my life, I tried to call and the phone rings and hangs up nobody answers.
