They're credit card machine hasn't worked in about a month. Kinda sad a company as big as wendys can't even address a issue a working credit card machine. Very disturbing they can't spend some money in their stores to resolve basic issues as a working credit card machine and to think how much money they're losing and wendys not making it a priority sheds a very negative light on their priorities and they're operations mgr at the very least. Very sad

I usually come to this place once every other week for the past two to four weeks it's been the same mobile app is not working cash only cannot redeem points and cannot use your points for rewards I think it's time to replace your system customers don't always have cash and like to redeem points or rewards if this keeps up I'm sure I'm not the only one but people will stop coming here you are the only place in the whole area that's like this please take care of it or lose more customers
Friendly drive through staff but my order is never correct. Today pissed me off because I got a sandwich that was 4$ cheaper than the one I ordered and paid for. And I wasn’t going to waste the same amount in gas to go back and complain

Came here on 2/2/25 and service was poor. Asked for a large combo. Cashier hands me a medium cup for soda. She says she rang it up wrong and asked if I wanted a medium. I said no I want a large. Hands me a large cup. Okay. I then asked what size fries I would get and she said medium. I said no I ordered a large combo. She then talks to a coworker for help and tells him I asked for a large drink and then tells him I ordered a large fries after I paid already. I said no I asked for a large combo before I paid. She and her coworker smirk and he said he’d just upcharge me for the large combo. I said no if you’re going to charge me extra just give me the medium fries. I’ve been coming here for years and the service just steadily gets worse. Most of the time I like to dine in but they close the dining room whenever they feel like it and it’s hardly ever open until the time posted on the door. They close at 7:00, 7:30, 8:00. It just depends on the day. I tried filling out a survey but the receipt doesn’t give you the store number, so you can’t. Seems a little odd. Asked what the store number is and they tell me it’s the address. Hmm… It’s sad because I like Wendy’s but this one is bad. There are other options in the area so I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else from now on.

Dining area is closed hours before the posted time more often than not. Service isn't slow but orders aren't consistently right and staff isn't consistently friendly. It's too hit or miss for me to recommend it to people in the area when there are other locations and other options in the area.

Payed for extra bacon on my burgers says right on my receipt 3 slices, n got a few bacon crumbs not even equaling one slice!! Total rip off try a different location where the management isn’t so frugal.

I recently visited Wendy’s and was absolutely blown away by their new Krabby Patty Meal collaboration! The “Krabby Patty” cheeseburger is a must-try-juicy, flavorful, and packed with delicious toppings that give it a fun, unique twist. The combination of the perfectly seasoned beef patty with just the right amount of “secret sauce” made every bite irresistible. Paired with their new Pineapple Frosty, which was refreshing and surprisingly creamy with just the right balance of sweet and tart, it made for an unforgettable meal. The fries, as always, were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted.
Definitely coming back soon to enjoy the Krabby Patty Meal again!
Parking: I was also impressed by the convenience and accessibility of the location. There was plenty of parking space available, so I didn’t have to worry about circling around to find a spot. Plus, the lot was wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their meal comfortably. Overall, it was a great experience—can’t recommend it enough!

My friend placed and ordered FOUR hours ago and didn’t receive any food they sent FIVE different Uber drivers to the location even tho they said they were “busy” and “ it didn’t come through” which is crazy since there was basically no people there. The service was terrible even the manager was nasty and wouldn’t do anything and basically refused to give his money back and the third Uber driver said there were not busy there was ONE family of FOUR in there he didn’t get the food or nothing so don’t order here the service is horrendous and and location is filthy
