I've been in this area 20 years and this place never fails to disappoint. Whoever owns this places is lucky they haven't driven it into the ground. Its run down, year after year the service is horrendous obviously due to lack of leadership. How does it take 35 minutes to fill an $18 order at 830am on a Sunday when the place is empty? This has always been the case with this dump. Oh and as always, THEY WILL screw up your order either by giving you the wrong items or just not including them in your order at all. Never fails!.

Just left at 7:37pm on 10/21 and once again had the same people working that, for some reason, can’t get the order right. It’s not the first time it’s happened. Only seem to have luck when you go to this location right after breakfast. The woman who is working at that time normally actually seems to care about her job.

Went to grab a breakfast sandwich before work the English muffin was rock hard called to let them know and was hung up on. I will be calling corporate as this is ridiculous. If I had the time I would’ve went back. Wasted my money and my time I beyond outraged

Just avoid it. Drink machine out of almost every drink, order nuggets but don’t get sauce for it and then have to pay for it. When ask they say you have to pay for it. But it comes with the nuggets go figure. And then the worker has an attitude when you say you did get nuggets. No sauce. And don’t get me started on the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. Toilets and urinals filled and won’t flush. This place should just close down. Not worth coming here period

Food is a little below average. Othe wendys chicken sandwiches have more spice and the batter on the chicken is crispier and chicken is fluffier and moister. The fries at other wendys are also better tasting. And chicken nuggets have fresher batter and are juicier for some reason. Other than that this location is convenient.

The food is okay here, however, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There are a few employees who are the exception to the rule. If there is an issue with the order and you speak up about it, the response is, oftentimes, this irritated response as if it’s your fault that they messed up the order. Would love to see the customer service improve here.

My fiancee and i stopped there to eat. I didnt finish my meal but by the time (10 minutes later) I got home i had badstomach pains and i was nauseous and threw up. I feel sick and think i got food poisoning

They're credit card machine hasn't worked in about a month. Kinda sad a company as big as wendys can't even address a issue a working credit card machine. Very disturbing they can't spend some money in their stores to resolve basic issues as a working credit card machine and to think how much money they're losing and wendys not making it a priority sheds a very negative light on their priorities and they're operations mgr at the very least. Very sad

I usually come to this place once every other week for the past two to four weeks it's been the same mobile app is not working cash only cannot redeem points and cannot use your points for rewards I think it's time to replace your system customers don't always have cash and like to redeem points or rewards if this keeps up I'm sure I'm not the only one but people will stop coming here you are the only place in the whole area that's like this please take care of it or lose more customers

Friendly drive through staff but my order is never correct. Today pissed me off because I got a sandwich that was 4$ cheaper than the one I ordered and paid for. And I wasn’t going to waste the same amount in gas to go back and complain
