I got the Pollo Loco and it was a delicious sub, and a lot of food especially considering I did not eat all day. I recommend if you're going to order this sub, to ask for extra meat and double of the mayo that they use, with no lettuce. I have to make a note of that for next time. The lettuce is probably unnecessary on this sandwich, and it would be best on jalapeño cheddar bread, but they were sold out ?The flavor of this sub was not easy to describe. Maybe it was due to my hunger, but it is indeed, a wonderful sub. It hit all my happy spots. :)The only thing I have to remove a star for is, their hours. They consistently close at 7PM and are apparently going to be making changes to that soon. There are many times where I've shown up 20-30 minutes after they've closed and have been very frustrated at being denied access to delicious nom noms. ?I understand there may be reasons for this. And I get that Old Bridge is a different town than where I am located, but closing that early is just silly :(

Been here regularly every weekend during late summer and fall time, Wondersub has never disappointed us, every time same quality and better taste.One of the best sub shop in NJ.If in the area don’t forget to try you will not be disappointed( I am an very picky eater when it comes to bread and meat).

Instead, there were two kids working the counter, so I'll just chalk it up to a bad visit.Make no mistake, we will be returning. Usually, this is a 4.5/5 star meal for me.

saw this place a couple days ago and was like wow these look great. so today i grove 40 minutes to this place and it didn't disappoint. Staff was happy to serve me. my buffalo chicken sub on the cheddar jalapeño bread was perfect as well, worth the drive and will be back again soon!
Wowwww!!! A hidden GEM! If you like subs and haven’t been here you’re missing out!! The workers are so kind and personable, they truly care about their customers. One lady who works here brought over a really good sauce she thought me and my bf would love to try, she went out of her way to make our first time here great! And WOW Our subs were to dieeeee for!! It’s not just a regular sub place, there are sooo many options for bread, condiments, toppings, etc! Definitely try this place if you haven’t!

(Saturday 4/30 @ 2pm) Questionable system for people picking up. When i order online 45 mins prior for pickup, I expect to run in, grab my sandwiches, and run out.I arrived and was ignored by 5 workers for 10 mins while they made sandwiches for 2 walk-ins. My sandwiches were just sitting there getting old while I was standing there with my arms folded like a statue.

Wonder Sub did not disappoint, all the bread is baked on site! I ordered the Jalepeno Cheddar bread with chicken and all the "fixings". I had it toasted and it was AMAZING! FRESH ingredients and a staff that was extremely pleasant. I will 100% return for round 2 in the very near future.

Found this place via web, and read all about the owner's passion for putting out a great sandwich. To wit, this place does not fall-short. From the well informed extremely friendly staff - the breads- an extremely important detail that most disregard, was the beauty of making the entire sandwich work as a melange of flavor. Each sub on their menu seems to be scrutinized by their staff on how all the flavors work together, and their passion shows it. My 'Nice & Spicy Roast Beef', "crunched" while the center soft and warm-delectable. I strongly suggest eating there if eating a 'hot' sub - otherwise the warmth and outside crunch will be lost. I wish I lived closer, because this establishment would be on heavy rotation.
