Good sushi - but be aware - it is strictly take-out and they use a very confusing digital menu and the staff are really not helpful about explaining how to order, which is a problem because many of the items have fanciful names like "Rainbow Dragontail River" with no explanation as to what the hell that entails.

Ok, was waiting a long time to make my review of Hoshitori Sushi in Old Tappan. I wanted make sure I had sufficient data so I have ordered from here about 8 times before deciding. AMAZING SUSHI. The staff is always amazingly friendly when I go into pick up or if I need something added to my delivery. Order from their website, not directly from Uber Eats. Uber overcharges. We order from here every weekend for Sushi Saturday at our house. Wish the dining room was reopened so we could come dine in! So nice!

Recommended dishes: Sashimi Yellow Tail Belly Toro and Uní Sushi, Miso Soup 12oz, Old Tappan, Roll, Yellowtail Jalapeño

The food was good. Service was great. There’s only one table in the whole place. It looks like more of a take out place than dine in which was confusing to us when we got there considering we made a reservation on their website. They make you order on a tablet so that’s a hassle if you have a bigger party. I’d definitely say it’s good sushi and recommend it but I would highly suggest just doing take out.

Ordered a last minute platter for a ladies night get together. My go to sushi place was not able to get it done in time. Quality and presentation was lovely and everyone was happy with the selection. You made a new customer.

The sushi is fresh and the price is reasonable. There aren't any tables indoors so it's primarily for take out. Would go again!

Great sushi for takeout only

Sushi was fine but it was sliced way to thick for my liking.

We did take out, but then again the place only offers take out. Wasn’t the best ramen I’ve ever had but also not the worst. Service could’ve been better though. Prices kinda high for what it was.

Google says it’s a dine-in restaurant. But it’s only Take-Out. Maybe update your business listing.

My favorite sushi place EVER. I actually get excited every time I pick up my order. Their Las Vegas and Green Dragon Roll are my favorite. Their price reflects their quality, id rather the freshest fish and they're the place!
