Every time I come here it’s an issue. They can’t spelling my basic name or have an attitude when I say no ice and I see them put ice in the cup and get made when I tell them I want a new cup not one that had ice ICE is gross ever see the reports on ice machines. I come here only when I can’t decide what to drink but seriously didn’t know spelling Gina was so hard.

Second time I go and get a latte it was disgusting. Way overpriced. All sugar and milk. With barely any coffee. I do not recommend Starbucks. It’s disgusting. Disgusting.

Been to this place twice and both with bad experiences. 1st time made a drink with whip cream with “NO WHIP” clearly printed on the cup, the Asian girl had no apologies for her mistake and simply scooped the whip cream out. My husband is allergic to whip!! 2nd time I ordered a drink with no ice and this white lady poured me 2/3 of the cup. According to her, 1/3 is for the ice that I didn’t want. Come’on, Old Tappan! I got the same drink everywhere, no elsewhere gave me 2/3 full of a drink because I don’t want ice! My drink cost $6.88 and much does the milk cost???!!!!
