At 8:47pm they started cleaning the coffee machine and say no hot coffee to their customers even though they are supposed to serve until 9pm. No wonder they started closing lots of their locations with this kind of service mentality.

Every time I come here it’s an issue. They can’t spelling my basic name or have an attitude when I say no ice and I see them put ice in the cup and get made when I tell them I want a new cup not one that had ice ICE is gross ever see the reports on ice machines. I come here only when I can’t decide what to drink but seriously didn’t know spelling Gina was so hard.
