Every time I come here it’s an issue. They can’t spelling my basic name or have an attitude when I say no ice and I see them put ice in the cup and get made when I tell them I want a new cup not one that had ice ICE is gross ever see the reports on ice machines. I come here only when I can’t decide what to drink but seriously didn’t know spelling Gina was so hard.

Second time I go and get a latte it was disgusting. Way overpriced. All sugar and milk. With barely any coffee. I do not recommend Starbucks. It’s disgusting. Disgusting.
