Food is not consistent, pasta dishes like soup too much oil snapper, is not snapper different fish, veal milanese , is not veal it looks like pork , etc I don't know why this restaurant is on business, the owner is pathetic doesn't know english, you barely understand him ..

The food is Italian mostly. They never have waiters. One waiter for all the Dinner tables.Then the owner sends his young daughter to check on the tables..... It takes over an hour to get anything and then they charge you for things they shouldn't. It wasn't the first time! When I pointed it to the manager she ignored us and left it on the bill anyway. Don't fall to the buy one get one free trap. Never again !!!

Great food, everything my family and I have tried has been excellent. The pappardelle bolognese is one of the best I’ve had anywhere (lifelong Northern NJ/NYC resident and Italian/Greek family member, so I knows what I says! Capisce?)

Chicken milanese is not what it looks like , poor quality the owner might buy cheap stuff.. no way coming back they burned my food once they give you big portions food is just garbage..

You have to laugh at the one and two star reviews, to drunk clearly comedy. Anyway never had a bad meal here and everything I’ve had is better than most other places. The chicken scarpariello is the best in the business! Mussels, broccoli rabe with sausage pasta dishes you really can’t go wrong. The portions are huge if you can finish one of their dinners your a great eater you’d be competition for Joey Chestnut. Very good value. Super nice staff one of my favs.

I went here with my predominately italian family after a family gathering. We had a party of 54 and we fit comfortably - with some room to spare. Would estimate ~75 could comfortably fit. The staff was attentive and considerate. Several family members had dietary restrictions and were accommodated seamlessly. Vicolo was definitely a suitable choice for the occasion and i would recommend it for other families seeking the same.Oh and, definitely order the chocolate mousse. Js

We were a party of four who went for dinner with a 6:30 reservation. All of us had eaten there many times before. We arrived a 6:30 and were told that we would be seated In 5 minuets. When the table was ready they gave the table to party that came in after us and had a 7:00 P.M. reservation. When I said something to the owner Ben, he said " if you can't wait then you can leave", which we did. He forgets how many times we took out food during the pandemic when he was closed. He lost four good customers.
