This does not taste like other 16 handles. My flavor came out wrong and an employee told me i was incorrect, and began to dumb me down on what frozen yogurt was. Then, at checkout proceeded to tell me I was correct, and that it was infact not my flavor but didn’t apologize or anything.
The yogurt itself gave me a migraine, and didn’t sit well in my stomach either. If you enjoy 16 handles go to another, or just look for an alternate desert option

There are few dessert-oriented eateries in the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall (with dedicated sit-down space), especially on a Sunday. My husband and I were craving a spot of something sweet, so we came in here in search of a light bite.
Adding toppings is where it's hardest for me to exercise restraint. It's a chance for me to load up the cheesecake bites, heath bar crunchies, gummy bears, rainbow sprinkles, and then called it healthy because it's frozen yogurt and because it's got some fruit. All those toppings can start to ring up the cost of your unhinged choices because everything is totaled by weight.
On the plus side, there's plenty of seats, and even some spillover seating inside the mall. It also seems like there's something for everything along the wall of flavors. Dairy-free for vegans, oatly flavors for those allergic to soy, sugar-free for the diabetic, and Dubai chocolate for the fad chasers.
The guy at the front was nice enough to grab us a few samples. We got to try the new taro pie, vanilla, and Oreo but to me, most of them tasted really artificial with an ice shardey texture. We ended up going with the original yogurt flavor since it's our typical order, but this was far from the best execution of it because this, too, had the texture of wet slush.

This was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. It was overly sweet and had a weird flavor. I couldn't finish even half of it.

I have had 16 Handles for years and I always enjoy it but was disappointed with this one by Westfield Mall as it’s not as creamy as the other branches I have tried, one in particular is the Teterboro branch.

Very nice service. They let us sample whatever we wanted. Plenty of nice flavors just the right balance of tart and sweet. Only drawback is they’re pricey
I came to this mall from NY and was pleasantly surprised to stumble across 16 handles! The 16 handles in Flatbush NY closed ages ago and I wasn’t expecting to see one here.
Delicious vegan options, nice servers and places to sit. Definitely going to come again next time I visit Teaneck!
