This place was hopping when I went into to order my food. It was really good and the wait wasn't too long. It is small so when there are a lot of people it can get kind of dicey for where to stand. The staff is like a well-oiled machine and the time it takes for them to complete an order is just plain amazing. The everything bagel with Taylor Ham, egg and cheese was delicious!

I judge bagels harsher than I do reality TV contestants. This place nailed it. Bagel in the name (a prerequisite of mine), crisp crust, just-right squishy center, and a veggie cream cheese that was actually mixed—not just sad chunks of pepper floating in white space.

The schmear ratio? Decent. I wished for just a tad more, but it cleared my threshold requirements.

Did I silently wish for non dairy milk with my coffee? Sure. But the bagel...

The bagels here were fantastic. The lines were out the door, but I could see why. If you want a good bagel, I recommend visiting here before venturing to Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow. I got a rainbow bagel with canoli cream cheese. I usually get plain cream cheese but decided to try something different. And it did not disappoint!
