Place has gone downhill with the new staff specifically. Been coming here for years. Food is good if they get the order right, and that's a big IF. Messing up the orders the past 3 times going to them. Staff don't pay attention to the order. Last order asked for put the receipt for an order of 8 ppl. Dont find the receipt at work. I go back to ask the staff blamed me that I didn't wait. And they still managed to mess up an order in there. Supported their business for years, no more.

I like this place but informed them twice about surcharges when using my credit card. Unfortunately i stopped going because every time you become a customer in alot of business, greed kicks in automatically. When they get caught like bagels Supreme did, they apologize only because they got caught. Customers are partly to blame because we alow it. There is no excuse to rip off the people that made you a successful bagel spot.

Walked in and the guy looks at me while talking to him and then walks away ignoring me. Seemed racially motivated on his part so I decided to take my money and go elsewhere to another bagel shop where they were delightful and respectful. If he had walked into one of my businesses and treated a customer like that I would not tolerate such actions.

Not only were the bagels and spreads delicious, the owner himself reached out to ensure all the details for my order were taken care of. Once the breakfast was over he reached out again to inquire how everything turned out!It’s such an amazing gesture to have a business owner take the time to ensure their clients are happy. This is my new go-to spot for all of my client catering needs! 10 stars!!!

I hosted a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon yesterday for my son's school. Placed the order at their new location in Rochelle Park just because of location. Owner ( Nader) was absolutely amazing. The incredible spread of sandwiches, salad, fruit and dessert he provided was met with amazing reviews. He even made a separate platter of vegetarian options which was also amazing. Can't say enough good things. Truly a local owned family business that should be commended for his dedication to his community and his incredible catering skills. Thank you Nader and Supreme Bagels for helping make our teachers feel supported.

I got a veggie wrap. I'm by the time I opened it to eat it. The whole wrap was soggy with all the water and juice on the bell peppers and mushroom. It fell apart completely.

Not a bad sandwich but you have to watch them make it or you get a sandwich you didn't order/want... I called and told them and they said they would make good on it next time I came in.. NOPE.. they charged me again same price.. but this time they charged me for the sandwich I DID order. .. not going back. there are plenty of other places around.

I recently had an incredible experience at Bagel Supreme and felt compelled to share my story. My daughter attends Memorial Elementary School and unfortunately, we forgot to order her lunch last night. The lunch hour starts at 12:05pm, and I received a call from my wife at 12:14pm saying that the school had contacted her to inform us that our daughter did not have lunch.In a moment of panic, I called Bagel Supreme and explained the situation to them, asking for a special order to be made in a hurry. To my amazement, the staff at Bagel Supreme immediately sprang into action, making the sandwich in record time.I rushed over to the store, which is only a minute away from my home, and was delighted to find that the sandwich was already ready and waiting for me. I couldn't believe how quickly they had managed to make it!Thanks to Bagel Supreme, my daughter was able to enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch today. I dropped off the lunch at school at 12:21pm, just seven minutes after receiving the call from my wife.I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service and care that Bagel Supreme provided. Their quick turnaround and willingness to help in a time of need truly sets them apart. If you're looking for a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat, I highly recommend Bagel Supreme - their food is delicious and their staff is simply amazing!
