Went there today in the afternoon ( 07/23 ) and I didn’t realized since I was distracted with my baby but brother noticed how the two black girls working there had a nasty attitude like they didn’t want to work. Like they didn’t even want to take my order. I should’ve realized before otherwise I wouldn’t even bother buying or even tip them. Get another job if you’re not happy there.

We often stop by this Baked By Melissa store in GSP. It is a small counter of take out only store. They have online pickup options as well. Different kinds of cake packs and sizes are displayed in front of the counter. The store usually has good inventory and variety of packs.
In recent months, they introduced individual small cakes instead of whole packs. They have 6-8 flavors on display. My daughter usually pick 4-5 flavors a for 6 pack. We love the tiny cakes. They are always fluffy and delicious. They stay good in the fridge up to a week after opening a pack.
Staff are always friendly and courteous. They also have membership benefits that includes special offers, birthday perks and few more good benefits.

I have a pickup order at 10am but they are not opening yet without any notice. It’s 10:34 now and I don’t know if they are coming.Had to leave at 11:05, no notice no way to contact. 6yo birthday party destroyed.Just hope the refund process goes smoothly.

Been trying to reach customer assistance for 3 days. No one answers, no one calls back. There’s an error with a shipping order, and because of this company’s failure and inability to service its customer base with meaningful customer assistance, we can’t be heard in order to get resolution. Baked by Melissa’s phone message is meaningless. Unfortunately the ownership/management lacks the quality leadership that is a match for the quality of their product.

Received a delivery of 25 'greatest of all time' mini cupcakes, from my sister in California to my 95 year old mother in Jersey for Mother's day . Don't think that they will make it to Sunday's dessert. Absolutely delicious !

I was blown away by how delicious they were especially after shipping that far, but they were SO GOOD! I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future and telling all my friends how great they are! If I was on the East Coast I would love to visit an in person store after reading the other reviews. GOOD FOR THIS COMPANY requiring masks! It's simple and it keeps their employees and customers safe and that is something I greatly value in a company/brand. Pathetic place of business! With a 99.9% survival rate the lame excuse of man told me I needed to wear a mask to buy cupcakes meanwhile everyone is walking around with no mask ! Shame on this business I will never purchase anything from you again!

The guy at the kiosk was nasty and said I must wear a mask to order. The mask mandate is longer over, it is June 24 2021. Shame on you Melissa. You must set your priorities straight. Also, GF was sold out and it was 10 a.m - which the time the mall opens.
