Sarvaya served me the ice cream. WTH is this she scooped in from the corner looks like a full scoop but it’s empty from inside. Don’t be cheap as with your service you’re charging customers better serve them right.

I dont know why the reviews for this place are so bad.The young man at the counter today had excellent customer service/communication skills and was very attentive to detail. Made a perfect Cappuccino Blast.

Stopped to get ice cream cones. No other customers were in the store except my husband and I. After waiting a considerable amount of time to be waited on we asked if one of the 5 workers standing together talking could wait on us. That was bad enough but when we actually got the cones we realized that this was not a reputable business. The amount of ice cream in each cone was less than other establishments give for a kiddie cone yet they had the nerve to call it a small cone. All kidding aside, the amount of ice cream was a scant tablespoon where the ice cream barely reached the tap of the cone .When I inquired about the amount of ice cream they had the nerve to ask if I was being sarcastic.All we wanted was our monies worth, nothing more. Do not go here unless you want to get robbed of your money wo getting what you paid for! There are plenty of other ice cream stores around that appreciate your business!!!!

Great service and Baskin Robbins ice cream. About all I need to say right? Mint chocolate chip, gold medal, and pralines and cream are our go to and never fails to please the whole family!
We went at 10:15 to get ice cream after a long day full of dance, tired and hungry. They were closed even though they say they close at 11. This was very disappointing to my whole team. I will never go there again because of this letdown.

I ordered a large size of hazelnut coffee. I tried it. It taste funny I asked the cashier why it don't taste like hazelnut He took my cup open the lid and use his nose smell then give it back to me ,He was disgusting. He shouldn't do this because he should make another cup for me ,Very dirty, he squeezed the syrup on his fingers and asked me to smell his fingers to confirm that he is using the right flavor syrup To make my drink but I didn't smell it. His attitude was very bad. I had hazelnut flavor all the time so I know how that taste like the coffee taste blend like water will never come back again . When I try to pay I gave him a coffee card. The card is new never use .There are 5 cups of big coffee value I can use but the cashier told me that I can't use it coz there is no strip he can swipe the card I have to teach him need to scan the code not swipe the card. Will never ever come back again . I have to throw the cup away coz it is disgusting coffee I never have before !!

Update 3: NO SUGAR ADDED ICE CREAM IS BACK! Update 2: Customer service has improved a lot! This is now our go-to place for a cool treat. (They just need a no-sugar-added ice cream option and they would get 4 stars... Update: Stopped in for an emergency and there is a wonderful person named Chhaya (spelling?) that greeted us this morning. If she can train everyone in customer service, this place could get at least 3-4 stars... she was very kind to everyone who came in and took care of them quick The food is fine, and the place is clean enough; what brings my rating down is the customer experience. I have tried very hard to like this location, as it is the closest to home and my father likes ice cream a lot, but the staff are impatient and/or not welcoming. My father is elderly and needs a little more time to process questions, and this seems to throw them off a lot. I hope they can work on this, but for now I will take the extra drive to go to other more friendly locations.

There was only one worker who I assumed to be a customer when I first walked in. He was in a phone call while eating a breakfast sandwich, sitting in the lobby area. Never would have thought that he was an employee let alone a manager. He walked behind the counter and he was still talking on the phone. He saw me and didn’t take my order or help me. So I called him out and even after he hung up the phone a minute later. Service was trash. Attitude was trash. Would give zero stars if I could.
