If I can leave 0 stars I would . Ordered online while on break and still have not received my order. No one came up to me to let me know updates on my order and I went back to ask for a refund she said I had to do it through DoorDash but mind you I ordered through the website, then while explaining that , the lady I was talking to continued to do what she was doing and ignored me. Worst place for real never again. Wasted my time/ break.

As of Feb. 2023 , horrible. They changed the menu and likely have pre packaged low quality food available. Do yourself a favor an pass on the now fast food low quality garbage.

We had 2 great meals here. We ordered the chicken taco appetizer, French onion soup which I swear was made from scratch and the mushroom ravioli. Main dish portions are big and the soup is a meal in its own. The sweet Visalia onions, croutons and gruyere cheese is wonderful, it is sweet though. The mushroom ravioli was amazing, the Parmesan sauce and sun dried tomatoes were very tasty and the portion was 7 or 8 ravioli we took 4 back to our hotel. Service was slow but you can see the sound from the restaurant and that was nice even though it was snowing.

Going to Nordstrom for years, last 2 years went to Bazille. Best burger I've ever had, but very inconsistent they always run out and early. The last time we went they ran out of numerous food items. I would give it a 5 star if they didn't run out of food. Henry

Great restaurant and food. I find it hard to get a host to be actively available to seat guests. Usually there's a line and the host is multitasking. Most dishes come with bread, the bright side is that the bread tastes super fresh, the rest is wholesome and healthy ingredients which is always a plus. Drinks are superb, mixed to perfection. The hours are odd, they changed their hours and close way too early.

Brunch for seventy dollars…. Wow! I ordered “the best part of French onion soup” and it came out cold and saltier then the Dead Sea!!!! The rest wasn’t that great either, but the fact that I left 3 portions untouched and nobody even asked me if something was wrong is crazy.

Met a friend here for lunch. Plenty of open seating although I did make a reservation. The staff is very friendly, our food order was taken quickly, and delivered in plenty of time. Well my friend ordered the fish and chips and I got the French dip sandwich which was delicious just the right size I don't like to take home leftovers. It came with some dipping gravy and several dips to use with my seasoned french fries everything was cooked properly and very tasty. I would definitely come back again,. My only gripe would be we sat in a booth That was covered in upholstery that was Heavily stained and gross looking it was right next to the cash register it should be steam cleaned or replaced or use vinyl that can be washed it really takes away from the experience

This is my third time eating at the restaurant and the food is always consistently delicious and a five star rating. If I could give a review for service it would be less then one star! I have asked on three different occasions for the general manager due to rude inattentive wait staff and I am always told that she is "unavailable and not in the building". I can not understand how a restaurant can run without the presence of the general manager. There has also been a few occasions where I have come to the restaurant and it was closed for to go only. When I had questioned why I was not given a direct response other then they were following the directions of their GM. During one of my visits the head chef and another male (maybe manager?)had come over to the table to check to see how everything was going due to the general manager not being present.
We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was somewhat busy. The staff were very nice, and it does have a good menu. It's rare that I find a place with a good French Dip sandwhich. Great flavor and a bit of her I was to the au jus.

Nordstrom Cafe/Bazille Restaurant: I have eaten at Nordstrom since I was a kid and while I worked there, lol. I tried a newer dish, gnocchi with chicken meatballs - a little kick to the sauce and good chicken meatballs. Also, always loved the crab bisque and the crunchy cheesy toast bread they had here so that was classic.
