Love beard papa's cream puffs! I particularly love the honey butter shell. Recommend getting them in the morning when they're fresh. The only thing is...the employee goes on break and often is away for hours...this happened to me twice. I waited and waited but the employee never returned from their break. I even walked around the mall and went back. Still didn't come back. I think they should put what time the employee will be back so the customer don't waste their time.

Cream puff chain from Japan. I like their original shell with vanilla filling, but vanilla filling was sold out in the afternoon. So, I decided to try green tea filling in a honey and butter shell this time, and it was as good.

The first time I had heard papa was in Japanese. That was absolutely delicious. The cream was light and there was really fresh mango inside. We then travelled to Hong Kong and ordered the same thing, it was just ok not nearly as good. We had it in NY, same story. Saw this at the mall and decided to give it another go. The service was not particularly good but it could be a new employee. And the cream puffs are really just average at best. There are a few flavors, green tea, ube, cookies and cream, s'more, honey. We tried 3 of them and they were just ok. Not sure if we try again since the quality control isn't really there.

I love this place their bubble tea is very tasty and the pearls are sweet and chewy. Their cream puffs are good aswell crispy with a good amount of filling too. Haven't tried the macaroons yet

If you fancy cream puffs, you will not find a better cream puff on Earth as far as I can tell. They are freshly injected with a selection of either vanilla, chocolate, or green tea filling. These cream puffs are out of this world. Just thinking about them gives me goosebumps and makes my mouth water. Service is friendly with the big smile. The only problem is, you may find it difficult to find them because they are not on the main directory! For shame Westfield mall! One of the true jewels of the mall and it's not even on the list. Search for Spencer gift and you'll find it. It is also near foot locker, unfortunately there is another foot locker upstairs so that's confusing.One way or another, make your way to this amazing source of deliciousness and you won't regret it!
