If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Lydia and Sam are the most lackluster and unprofessional service members I have ever spoken with- not to mention lack the mindset to hold themselves accountable. My partner and I had ordered a chicken cheesesteak (which is something we had ordered before) and a regular cheesesteak. I've been a customer for over 15 years and always order the calzones because each one was so big that they would have to put in a large pizza box. I ordered tonight and they handed me a small pizza box with 2 calzones in it. To top it off the one was missing the ham. I called to complain and the girl who answered was rude and kept saying I don't know what to tell you because I don't make them. Ordered a cheese pizza with garlic for delivery, and it took two hours. All they could say was "sorry we were busy". Completely unacceptable! Once food arrived, it was cold and burnt. Show some pride in your work. Never ordering from them again...
