Bobby's Burger Palace

Don't know what happened, maybe he doesn't read posts or even cares about his very loyal customers but Mr. FLAY, This place was once beyond spectacular, now , I dont even know what to say! Thanks from a loyal followerand a huge customer, but I wont be eating from your burger joints or any of your eateries ever again. I'll keep watching you on beat Bobby Flay!?

Asked for a medium-rare rat on the super double McWhopper, good ol' Janine the chef here hits me with the WELL DONE rat! Absolute disgrace to the restaurant! Will not be returning!

I love love love the blue cheese burger w.sweet potatoe fries! Their shakes are out of this world !

Biggest disappointment I see great reviews and I know people that rave about this place. When I went burger was dry and tasteless service was average at best. I expected much better.

The daily schedule needs to be updated on Google to "closed". On Google it says you guys are open for takeout, but when I arrived the place was closed. I was told you guys will be closed indefinitely/have no set date to reopen. Please reflect this on Google and your website.

Best burger I've had in the longest time. Hard working staff. Will definitely be back!

It was really great food and the fries with special sauce delicious. I hesitantly say the burgers are "too" creative making it difficult to choose. All in all amazing.

We had some guests from out of town and we usually go there. This time however I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the fries. Still got 3 stars because the burgers were still great. But switching to frozen fries was a mistake. For a place that prides themselves on Fresh, never frozen. To be selling frozen fries is selling out. It’s basically only burgers and fries, I don’t understand why they would switch. One of my favorite places, now is just like everywhere else.

I was expecting better food. I ate a burger that it has the same flavors I can get anywhere. My expectations were too high.

The one place that used to serve French fries with fresh potatoes has disappointed me today. I haven’t visited for at least 2 years and today I decided to go because like I said it was the only place from all the franchises that used to serve Real French Fries. What happened? Why? The burger was delicious but the fries not. I visited the one in Bergen Town Mall NJ. What a shame that they are using now frozen fries.

Love the variety of burgers, sides and shakes. A must try for burger lovers. Always looking forward for the burger/shake of the month. Staff are very attentive and helpful

Celebrity chef does burgers. Stays pretty true to being "just a burger" while have just enough flair so you know Bobby did something. I wasn't blown away though.

Average burger, overly seasoned... I like salt on my fries like the next guy but dammm! These were some super salty fries! Instant cotton mouth!

We love eating out. Yesterday we visited this magnificent restaurant which friends told us about. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with first-rate meal and an efficient crew and a distinguished chef. We added this venue in our phone list and we will no doubt return very soon. Highly recommended.
