We had some guests from out of town and we usually go there. This time however I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the fries. Still got 3 stars because the burgers were still great. But switching to frozen fries was a mistake. For a place that prides themselves on Fresh, never frozen. To be selling frozen fries is selling out. It’s basically only burgers and fries, I don’t understand why they would switch. One of my favorite places, now is just like everywhere...
The one place that used to serve French fries with fresh potatoes has disappointed me today. I haven’t visited for at least 2 years and today I decided to go because like I said it was the only place from all the franchises that used to serve Real French Fries. What happened? Why? The burger was delicious but the fries not. I visited the one in Bergen Town Mall NJ. What a shame that they are using now frozen fries.
