Bourbon Street Grille

Food was terrible. It destroyed my stomach. I would come back to this place if it was life or death. Never come to this establishment ever in your life.

I have to say, some of the reviews on this establishment is bordering on satire. Recently went here and found the food to be fantastic! The mango chicken was absolutely delicious as was the bourbon chicken and the spicy chicken. Do yourself a favor and actually look at the complaints about this place before you make a decision. I’ll cut you a break and give you an example or two about the complaints. One complaint was about the use of paper bag oppose to plastic bags and another was the color of the food, the color! I mean I understand complaints about the quality of the food but when the complaints have nothing to do with the quality then I can’t and won’t take it seriously. People seriously need to stop crying and complaining about the silliest of things. Enjoy this place, I know me and my wife did!

The food is just ok: I ordered the bourbon chicken and the etouffee shrimp. Both were good, but the sides weren't great. The noodles were dry and tasteless. The rice and beans were tasteless as well. They give you a large serving, but at almost $20 for two entrees and 2 sides, it's not really worth it.

Choose a cheaper combo or different side dishes than I did.

This food was horrible not even edible I had to throw it in the trash on top of that my teenage son said he asked for a bag instead of them, putting the food in the bag they put the bag on top of the food. Another thing, please make sure the bourbon chicken is cut up. It wasn’t even done. It was so fatty and pink in the middle then make sure the mango chicken taste like mango chicken look like it was milk on top. Lastly, the noodles are not supposed to be orange is supposed to be brown. I don’t know what happened tonight in Garden State, but please follow the steps that they do at Willowbrook Mall.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years, but I moved out of state and when I come back, I usually eat here. It has gone downhill. I wasted $15, the noodles had no flavor the chicken was gross and Luke warm with a lot of chewy pieces. Also made me sick the next day.

I have been going to the Bourdbon street in Willobrook Mall for many years and the family loves it!!! I got on here to see if the reviews are trust as good and if I can tell it’s the same owners. The feedback was helpful though, it sounds like this one is one as good as the Willobrook one

Gross. Luke warm. Food safety hazzard to serve meat this way. Stop picking the food from the top and giving people scraps. We want meat not dry burnt skin.

The service and food are excellent, they are polite and fun, we loved this experience, thank you Bourbon Street for satisfying our craving.

Food was absolutely disgusting. My son wanted mango chicken, boneless ribs with noodles and rice and the whole dish was pricey and disgusting. The ribs had a weird taste on top of being super tough, the chicken tasted like mayo chicken instead of mango chicken, and the yellow rice and the noodles were pretty bad too. He took a few bites and threw the food out. I tasted the ribs snd chicken and threw up right away. First and last time I'll get their food, $15 flushed down the drain ?!
