Foods great. Idk if the Asian lady working the front is the owner or just an employee, but she was super nice and smiled at everyone and I could see her training somebody in a very nice way.

First time here and last. We ordered the food to eat at the place and although the food was good. We were asked to be seated somewhere else because another client needed the table for him and his family. Totally understandable but I’m pregnant too. When my friend and I got there it was packed and the tables we sat at were the only ones available, as the people started to leave there were two tables available and ours was in the middle. I understand everyone wants to be seated but very rude to be asked in the middle of you eating your meal. As soon as I stood up the kid moved the table. Please teach your kids to be patient as well.

Interior of restaurant was clean and employees were kind and friendly but the cheesesteak itself was mostly cheese and lacked chicken and was very dry.

We dined at this location tonight and can only say the most wonderful things from all of our meals being cooked well & were delicious. The restaurant is kept extremely clean. Even better it's family, locally run! They were so kind & just love what they do. I highly recommend stopping over & enjoying their meals, sweet disposition & yummy meals

Service was good however the cheesesteak lacked meat and cheese. Mine was essentially all bread! If this was a $5 sandwich, cool however this wasn’t the case. Won’t be returning even though cashier was nice.

I've been to other locations and they were all horrible! This one was clean, the service was fast, but Not only was the service fast the food was perfect. The last ones I went to barely had any chicken on them and I got the chicken. California cheesesteak. A small one only because I wanted to try at each location. When I tell you the one at the Bergen Mall is by far the best one and they are the friendliest people and they look happy to be there unlike other places! Not only that, it was a full sandwich. It wasn't a teaspoon of meat on a small that was shoved to one side and then loaded with cheese and ranch instead of actually putting the good ingredients on it. Hands down. Best location I've been to! Can't wait to go back and try more!

When i got my sandwich they automatically put mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. Cashier is on the phone talking on the earbuds while she is taking my order. Corporate office needs attention on this Charley’s steakery.

I ordered the lemon pepper wings,they were perfectly crispy,moist and so delicious! Fries were super fresh and hot. My hubby had the chicken cheesestake sandwich, very fresh and tasty. Mozzarella Sticks were very good too! Will return for sure.
Only the lemonade was a bit sweet...
