Worst Philly steaks ever meat smell I couldn't eat it

This place has THE WORST customer service. The management and employees do not value their customers. I will NEVER eat here again.

I completely don’t understand the portion size here; it feels like a single flick of the hand could exceed the amount of meat and vegetables in a Big Mac.

For a very long time I been coming here for my Philly cheesestake, and I encountered a few problems, but i chose to give another chance. Just today, I couldn't do it.
Once again, my order was not correct .
It's early, so it's pretty much empty, and still, they got it wrong. The cashier person took the order correctly and even confirmed when he saw me coming back.
I returned my order back to them and just walked away .
Thank you for ruining my appetite.

Staff is rude and just standa around talking even when customers are in line. Waited 22 minutes without anyone being on line for a bacon 3 cheese meal. Highly unstatisfied.

Lol I seen the same 4 workers for years now. They know how to work well together. I go here when you got that hungry feeling like after a long day at work as a reward.

I was a your location on 4/25/24 I send a email to feedback and I still waiting on someone to contact me I was charge twice I try to call the location phone is not working very disappointed with it and the small sandwich that I received. Horrible customer service.

It was our first time at a Charleys cheesesteak, they gave me a tasting of the appetizer and I liked it so we decided to eat there, I liked that they gave us recommendations of their most popular sandwich and although I don't speak English they were ready to explain to me in the best way, Order the combo so it's cheaper and just in case you didn't know if you download the app you get 5 USD off

this was my first time trying charley's cheesesteaks. I just got the regular cheesesteak combo with the fries and drink. the sandwich was pretty good, i liked it. the fries were great, big and crispy real potato cuts with the skins still attached which adds even more flavor. the service was not friendly at all, the young girl at the front didn't seem happy to be there. although i enjoyed the food, the price was outrageous. $15.75 was my total for a watered down soda, a small serving of french fries and a medium sized sandwich. i probably wont be back because of the price.

Very good food, so fresh and all clean. The front girl are very kind and friendly the same as the rest of the staff very kind. 10/10. ( Bergen town center location).

Extremely rude staff. I placed an online order for pick up food that was ready at 5:51pm and when I went to pick up the food the employees told me they closed at 5. Google and Charlie’s website states they close at 6pm. I asked regarding a refund as my card was charged and they refused to help me.Update: I sent a message to their feedback email address and haven’t heard back. It’s been two days and I haven’t received any response regarding a refund.

Where do I start. They are making your food right in front of you so you would think they would do a better job and y is the grill scrapper sitting on the garbage can? I want to call the health inspector if I'm being completely honest. Never again.
