Food: 4.5/5 Charleys doesn't dissappoint. Their sandwiches are messy but loaded, with a generous amount of meat and sauce. I typically order the Chicken Buffalo which is my favorite. Their Chicken California is also very tasty. They put a decent amount of buffalo sauce in the Chicken Buffalo, which if kept out for too long, can become soggy. If you prefer something a bit drier, I recommend the Chicken California. Their cheese fries are also pretty good. Service wise, the folk at the Charleys at Paramus have almost always been relatively friendly. They are responsive to your requests for what to put on a sandwich and are generally quite polite. I recommend checking out Charleys in person first, rather than ordering out through delivery due to the sogginess issue, plus cold cheese never tastes good. Fresh, their sandwiches are amazing, and they have become my personal favorite for fast food sandwiches.

Went in Oct 2023. Great service and food was delicious. My toddler didn’t finish her meal and I walked over to ask for a to-go container and person theresaw me walking and grabbed to-go container and bag and handed to me before I had to even ask. A first at a fast food place for me.
I wish I could rate this restaurant with 0 stars or a negative 0 stars for food.On Saturday, 7/15/2023, I placed an order through Uber Eats with Charleys Cheesesteaks located at 700 Paramus Park, Paramus NJ, 07652 for the first time. When the order arrived I opened the sealed box with fries and there was a big fly (alive) crawling on the fries. I immediately killed it. I then opened each of the two boxes with the cheesesteaks and live flies flew out of each and have been flying around my house. I called Uber Eats to complain (angry and hungry as I did not eat breakfast and this was to be my lunch and dinner) and once I provided them with photos, they credited my account. I immediately asked, as a long-standing regular customer of Uber Eats/Uber, that has spent a countless amount of money since Covid started, whether they intended to provide me with any type of credit whatsoever for the inconvenience (I was going to have to get dressed and leave my house to go get food as well as kill the two flies buzzing around my home) and I was told they were not able to do so. I repeatedly tried to call Charleys Cheesesteaks at the number on the internet (201) 967-0099 to report the issue directly, but no one answered the phone. I am really going to have to rethink using Uber Eats moving forward and I definitely won't be going to or recommending Charleys Cheesesteaks in Paramus to anyone. EVER!!! Note: I have since managed to kill one of the two flies that have been circling my home. One to go. You can't make this up. I have never experienced anything like this before. Unbelievable! #ubereats #charleyscheesesteaks shame on you!

When I'm shopping at The Galleria Mall in Poughkeepsie I sometimes work up an appetite. So naturally I go towards the Food Court on the second floor and l order lunch from Charley's Philadelphia Cheese Steak. I can't resist those sandwiches ? because they're just so tasty. They also sell beverages, iced tea, soda, lemonade...If you like this kind of meal, I recommend going here.

It was the worst phillysteak sandwiches my husband and I ever ate. And the loaded fries were just as bad. It was $30 for two sandwiches one order of fries and two sodas. Save your money. It was terrible. The meat was so over cooked. There are no words to describe how bad the whole meal was. Bye the way, one star was too many.
I ate here for the first time this Monday and the food was delicious. The service is terrific. my cashier (I think her name was Joyce) was so nice and funny and attentive. She paid attention to detail. I highly recommend the California Chicken sandwich by the way.
