After confirming that they had gluten free buns the restaurant gave me a piece of chicken and bacon inside of a box with no bun. Even though it was extra. No fries and incorrect items in the bag. I should have checked but I watched 2 people check the bag against the receipt. I call and they mention that I can’t get a refund they will just add the items back to my account. Terrible service and terrible staff. A simple order with nothing extra except for a bun.

I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.
The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.
The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.

There was a fly in my drink today, and when I tried to discreetly let the cashier know, she saw the fly floatimllin the drink and rolled her eyes at me. She walked away and whispered something to her coworker. She gave me the drink, and ignored me. No apology for the inconvenience. Thank God I looked in the cup before drinking.

Why must you tease us with a fleeting summer romance? I’m not asking for much, just to enjoy that sweet, peachy goodness year-round. Is that too much to ask?
Aside from my milkshake heartbreak, I have to give major props to the staff and management at the Garden State Plaza location. These people? They're running a well-oiled chicken empire. They’re fast, friendly, and honestly, too pleasant for people working in the middle of a crowded mall. I've seen them handle lunch rushes with the kind of efficiency that would make NASA jealous. And they do it all while still delivering their signature, 'My pleasure,' which somehow makes me feel like I’m at a five-star restaurant rather than a mall food court.
Bottom line: whether you're after perfectly crispy chicken, or service that’s basically a therapy session in a paper bag, this Chick-fil-A delivers every time. Now, if only they'd grant my one simple wish and make that peach milkshake a permanent resident on the menu. ?

The prices at this location are insane. $13 for a meal? $3 to upgrade to a medium shake? In total my meal cost $17 which is ABSURD for fast food. Price gouging at its finest. And the chicken was burnt to top it all off. This type of price gouging should be illegal.

The manager at this franchise, Johnathan, is cut from a different cloth. This gentlemen went way out of his way to help me carry my large order to my car. It was a 5 minute walk back to the car and the items were heavy so this was very much needed and appreciated. Johnathan took the time to share his experience with me and his service-oriented work philosophy. From speaking with him, it is no wonder why Chick-Fil-A is so much better than any other restaurant out there. Truly a positive experience!

Gotta be the most overrated chick fli I’ve ever been. You’re lucky to be alive because there’s only one in gardens state plaza mall. Quality is no match to other legit ones, my sandwich is poorly made and they can’t even fry the fries with the same crispiness. I cannot believe it. It’s a disgrace of the franchise.

Nada one of the managers always stop by our table to give us some love, she's awesome (I hope I'm spelling her name right) highly recommend Seasons 52.
