The energy that comes with you, always reflects the direction that comes back. The food, service and atmosphere has always been a pleasure for me, and I have been there for breakfast lunch dinner, and ten minutes closing, and the service remained great. The food was fresh and hot, the service was polite.
They are one of the most beautiful places in New York, they are fascinating.

Service is usually a 5 star but when it becomes congested like during the holidays, the pickup area is a mess. People are literally just standing in the front blocking access for people in the back to pick up their orders and everyone is just getting frustrated. The staff needs to do better directing traffic for the pickups rather than focusing on just taking a high volume of orders and not helping people get out with their order.
Took a while and put no American cheese on my sandhwich….

I ordered a deluxe meal and they gave me a regular sandwhich (honest mistake) so I went back to see if I could get any kind of compensation and the workers were so kind, patient, and understanding and they gave me the right sandwhich free of charge. Awesome service.
Always great to drive 20 minutes to order food and then drive 20 minutes home, only to find that your missing an entire sandwich. Last time going to a food court Chick-fil-A.
