This chic fil a had the best chicken sandwich I ever ate! Even the bun was perfect! The girl behind the counter was so friendly and helpful.

A little crowded (but frankly what chick-fil-a isn't). Still felt like service was fast and all people we dealt with were very friendly. I can see this getting backed up though if you were at a prime time in the day. Food was standard chick-fil-a quality which is always good!

This location needs help. It's not busy since the Route 17 location opened. Waited 15 minutes for an order of chicken nuggets and fries. 3 orders came out within that time. There were 4 workers standing around waiting to pack orders...not sure where the disconnect was. Got a refund after waiting 15 minutes and went to Route 17 location with 15 cars in the drive through and had food within 5 minutes.

Update: 10/1/25 : This location had stepped it up considerably. Probably because not many go to the mall anymore. I don't see the crowds there now, so you can get your food without issues. Good improvement!

I was here almost everyday , I noticed they have a lot of employees and manager , inside the store but the service is too slow...very very slow.. You are in the mall area , it must be quick and fast paced environment , I think they need more training the crew and the Manager!! MUST BE ON TRAINING AGAIN AND AGAIN... so they know the value of good customer service... this location is Company. Not franchise but the service is too slow... if no improvement in the management the business soon will closed ..

Always nice having a Chick Fil A nearby when I need something fast, that I know will be good! This location did not disappoint. Perfect food, prep, staff, speed, and all around attention to detail! Very nice team here that couldn't have done a better job. Keep up the great work!

All the potatoes I buy are black and bad, in the same way, the nuggets and the breads are stale, I had to order a few times because there was no other option in the mall, but I regretted it every time, I would not say that the products are terrible, the worst chick fil a experience
I ordered a single ice tea with no ice. It took more than 15 minutes to get the drink. It might have taken longer but I asked an employee about it. It was made, no one bothered to call my name when it was actually ready. By far this is the most disappointing experience I've had at this restaurant.

This Chich-Fil-A is In a mall. There wasn’t much of a line, which was the reason for the visit. Typical food choices and prices. Not the biggest Chick-Fil-A fan, so the visit was a typical visit experience. Overall, the prices are a bit high for the product and it would have been nice if the fries were a little crispier. You will appreciate a visit at this mall Chick-Fil-A if you like Chick-Fil-A I would visit another restaurant at the mall if I visit the mall again.
