I came here for a quick bite on a Tuesday afternoon. Armando was so nice and accommodating that I also order food to go for my kids. That wasn't the plan but the food was so good and Armando was so kind I got orders to go. Between the excellent service and delicious chicken. I'll be back. #

My experience at chick'cone was incredible, the sandwich, super delicious, is one of the best options. The menu has a good variety of food.The tattoo cashier guy was very friendly and helpful.

The food was not pleasant at all I will not be coming back. I ordered the chicken tenders meal. Came out hot but it was absolutely gross. The chicken tenders were the classic frozen air pocket non-chicken chicken tenders. The fries were very skinny, dry, over cooked and the meal was a bit overpriced if you asked me. The customer service wasn’t all that great either the Mexican woman that worked there I think struggled with the language barrier, so I think sometimes she didn’t really understand the questions I was asking about the menu. I wish there was more variety in Bergen town center.

I was starving so came across Chick'n Cone which is located across from Target. Given how good my chicken sandwich was, I'm confused at why it seemed to be so slow. Chick'n Cone has great ratings for their NYC locations and this seems like it should be no different. The place sells chicken conveniently in a cone, so you can do some munching and shopping. They also have a chicken sandwich, which is made out of chicken tenders. I normally hate chicken tender sandwiches bc they always fall apart when I try to eat them but this was wrapped well so I could easily eat it with one hand. I noticed they had milk shakes too which looked delicious. If you're shopping at Bergen Town Center, give this place a try! It's delicious, tender, crispy chicken! Also, the service was good and the place is super clean. They also have a bunch of different sauces to try. I tried kick'n ranch which was good. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Burnt tenders, extremely slow service. Bad Mac and cheese my daughter refused to eat it .
I came here and heard the food was really good. I ordered the crispy chicken meal and waited for 15 minutes. I then got the food and the fries tasted really bad and old and almost identical to ones I can get at Walmart. Although the chicken sandwich was good, it was just two chicken tenders in 2 buns. This was terrible. They even forgot to give us our drink

First time here chicken was crispy but not like in picture. One with BBQ sauce one with Peri Peri sauce. Both have pickle, lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. Tasted possibly microwaved Cyn said. It was later in the day so maybe if earlier experience might have been different. Fries were dry sort of like BK back in the day. Chocolate crunch shake and Pina colada frozen drink were great. Food came out fast. Inside Bergen Mall. Tough to get great food in a mall Try for yourself.

I wanted to wait to try the food to give you a total review, but the food my son was given was so old/cold that I refused to eat it.We weren’t greeted; man offered to take order, but apparently didn’t speak English.When the English speaking employee returned, she was rude. When asked what flavor shake my son ordered, and I said banana, I was told they didn’t have it.I asked why I wasn’t told before I paid, and she told me he didn’t speak English and she had to go to the bathroom. When I asked at he was working a customer facing role if he didn’t speak any English, she became agitated, and I told her I didn’t think my question was unreasonable. I’ve been a corporate trainer in franchise locations like this; it’s fine to have someone watch the counter when you need to use the restroom, but even someone who doesn’t speak English could indicate that they needed me to wait.She then went on about her going to the bathroom; I asked why he didn’t then indicate I should wait for her to return, to which she again said he didn’t speak English.She kept rolling her eyes and was clearly insulting me in Spanish- which, I speak enough of to know.When she gave us the food, NOTHING, absolutely none of it, had been cooked to order.It had been sitting there at least 10+ mins.I told her that while my son might be ok with old/cold food, I wasn’t and asked for a refund of my food.She refunded all of it; I then explained that I had only wanted my food refunded and didn’t expect to take the food.The food that my son did take was cold (food) and warm (the drink).I wouldn’t go back; there are plenty of chicken places that you can get warm, fresh food. This isn’t one of them.
