Long wait we were told half hour ended up being an hour smh only to be disappointed with the food that I literally bit my tongue not to offend. Thank you to the helpful spanish guy host that took pics for our family which was helpful and appreciated. I like Chili's but this left a bad taste that I ended up just eating a salad đ„ Note: Never had an issue at any other Chili's*

I love Chili's. It's my go to for casual dining. We were in the area and I looked up "Chili's near me" and it directed me to this location. The service was good and generous portions but they need to do something about the lines or lack thereof that form at the hostess station. I don't blame them for being popular. Many people love Chili's but a little more organization would be nice.

My first impression was so good food was good. But my server Diana had a lousy attitude and didn't care when my order was wrong, continuously laughing her mistakes off. She also forgot to add our dessert on the bill and blamed it on us. At the end of the night we decided to tip low and she mumbled under her breath" Brokies" and proceeded try to force an up charge her tip unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

Had a bad experience with our server, Diana. Our order was wrong & there were missing items. On top of that, she called us âbrokiesâ for tipping lowâeven though the service didnât deserve more. Very unprofessional. Hope management addresses this.

Don't get me wrong I love Chili's but last night I went to the one in Paramus New Jersey. What a mistake. I always sit at the bar so I don't have to wait in line for seating. I ordered my drink and my food. A man came along and sat next to me. When I turn to look at him he had a bloody tissue sticking out of his nose. It totally grossed me out. I then had to ask the bartender if I could take my food to go because I could not eat at this time. A couple minutes went by and no staff members said anything to this man. The staff were all talking about him and pointing at him but did nothing about it. As I was sitting there waiting for my food, the man then took out his tissue and all blood was dripping and leaking out of his nose onto the bar and all over his hands. He then took some of my napkins to wipe his nose and rolled up the bloody napkins and left them on the bar. By that time I had enough and I could not stand the unsanitized area that I was surrounded by. I got up put my coat on left my drink behind. Went to the side of the bar paid for my food and by that time my food was coming out. All the staff members knew what was going on because they were apologizing for the man's actions. As I was walking out I saw the manager and told him what was going on and the manager told me thanks for letting me know, have a good night. I don't understand how the staff at Chili's can allow a person to sit at a bar while other people are surrounded by him eating and drinking and not say anything. How can the staff members not inform the manager and let the manager know so he can tell the man can you please go to the bathroom and clean yourself up before you come back to the bar to sit. You just putting your customers at risk of getting any kind of diseases or being around an unsanitized area. But you are putting your workers at risk because they have to clean up that blood that was all over the bar probably on the stool and had to clean up all those bloody napkins on the bar. Not sure how your employees are trained but maybe a little common sense training manual should be in play. Even the food I took home I couldn't even eat it I just threw everything out it was a waste of a night. I wish I can get a full refund I have the receipt. I also have two videos of everything that went on but due to privacy I don't want to post them here on this review. If management would like both videos I would love to share them with you and I also would love a courtesy refund.

Came here tonight to have a fun time with my friends for my best friends birthday.server was rude and inpatient when it came for us to pay.we all payed full price and gave 20%tip at the end of our dinner we asked the manager for a surprise birthday dessert dish he says itâs free no problem but when it came to getting it the same server gave us a hard time and asked us to leave with an attitude multiple times we told him the first time we got a dessert for her but said no when we did not even pay yet.the table was dirty and sticky and had to ask three different workers to get it cleaned properly.donât come here for a good time.

My burger should have been medium but it was well done. I didnât have time to wait for another burger. The broccoli had to be remade because it had no seasoning or butter as requested. The service was good though.
This is absolute best Chili's location! The entire team is very friendly and they can't do enough for their guests. Big thanks to Yohida and Dina for their amazing customer service! They are role models for their entire team to learn from and it shows! Make sure you try them soon for lunch or dinner and have a great experience at the best Chili's location!
