DO NOT GO HERE! The service is trash and the food was disgusting. They apparently don’t have a first aid kit either… my son had cut her hand and I went up 2 different times to ask for a band aide and the “manager” said that they do not have a first aid kit… but in almost sure that every company is suppose to have a first aide kit, I asked not once but twice and got dirty looks and the manager said she could not give me one. I will be reporting them to the state health board as well.

I recently purchased a kid’s meal, which someone else picked up for me. I fully understand that a kid’s meal comes with three sides, and three sides only. However, the person ordering didn’t realize that carnitas hadn’t been added until they reached the cold selections—an honest mistake that anyone ordering for someone else could easily make. What’s unacceptable is the immediate attitude given to a paying customer over this. Instead of simply resolving the issue, the employee was rude, smacked her teeth, and made the process more difficult than necessary. The side was eventually paid for, but the poor attitude remained. When I returned to ask for a refund, the first response was, “Why?”—which I understand. However, the real issue was what followed: “Well, we already made it.” It took three employees to process a simple refund, with only one actually understanding her job and calling another manager to step in. Meanwhile, the manager at the front continued arguing with me, even after I clearly stated all I wanted was a refund. I took this moment to explain to your manager what customer service actually means. This isn’t about the customer always being right—it’s about hiring people who are suited for this kind of work. Your GSP location needs serious attention. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had, and I know I’m not the only one. The staff at this location is consistently rude. Again, this isn’t about portion sizes—I agree that your portions are reasonable. This is about the unacceptable customer service at this specific location. Arguing over a kid’s meal is ridiculous. Trying to avoid giving a refund is even worse. Do better. Train your employees properly, and stop setting them up for failure.

Tiny portions and old ingredients. The person in front of me got a whole bunch of rice and I got less. The meat amount was also super small the person building the base of the bowl legit shuck some of the meat back into the bowl got like three strands of barbacoa how does that make any sense especially when you’re paying 13 dollars for meat. Got guac and it was less than half a spoon, as she picked it up to put it in my bowl half of the amount fell off back into guac bowl so I had 3 dollars for less than half a spoon full. They don’t skimp out on the sour cream though 🙄made up most of my bowl. The lettuce and guac was also brown looks like it was from two days ago.

Employees are disgusting at this place. They physically touch your food with their hands to remove extra chicken if they poured a few more in.

The picture is how much food that they gave me. This is what i had to deal with for my dinner. The staff had a big attitude on top of it when I wanted to be nice. Thankyou for waking up and deciding that you feel like not doing your job and not giving food ☺️

I paid 14 dollars for these tacos when they didn’t even put the new briskett which btw upu pay extra for it, when i complained they wanted to charge me for extra meat. Are you serious??? 4 baby pieces of briskett? Extremely rude employees. 0/10, if you want chipotle around the area for the price you are paying i suggest you go to the one almost in front of bergen town on route 4 west. This happened 10/5/2024 at 3:20 pm. Here is a picture of the food they gave me.

this is the worst chipotle location ever. the serving sizes are an absolute disgrace. the workers are extremely rude and extremely unhelpful when u ask for more of anything. i’m not even kidding this girl put barley half a scoop of brisket in my bowl and when i asked for more she gave me a nasty look and only put ONE EXTRA PIECE. the chips are extremely stale to the point where i can’t even chew them and the guac tastes like it was made with old avocados. Other Chipotle locations have done a better job improving their costumer service and portion sizes after the scandal but this location just progressively gets worse and worse. i am extremely disappointed, this location needs to be shut down.
