Worst experience at cash register I have seen in my life. I swiped my card. It went through, I saw on machine but guy told me it didn't go through. There was arguments about this. He checked on his own part and again told me swipe other card or give me cash. I have no option and swiped again but same card. On my credit card statement I got double charges. It was intentional to get cash again so that there is no proof of cheating or guy at register know nothing about his job?. There are so many other restaurants. In future avoid this and prefer to go that restaurant who knows what they are doing.

on Saturday, December 27th, I came to order a simple steak bowl with chips and a side of vinaigrette. The bowl was fine, kinda stale and lukewarm, the mediocre bowl wasn’t my problem tho, it was the bubbly expired vinegar i got as a side, they had a stack of them they were selling next to the tins of food they were serving, if it’s bad, just don’t sell it at all, nasty. I didn’t manage to take a picture before I threw it out unfortunately.

The fountain drink tastes like tap water with sugar. They run out of tomato salsa and tell me they dont know when they will get more at 7pm on a Saturday. How do you manage to not keep track of that. The rest of the food tasted standard, but the fountain drink was disgusting.

Did not enjoy the fact that there was no chicken. There was No queso sauce either. The service wasn’t terrible. Just not very good.
However, my bowl was still pretty good. Hence the edit.

I really enjoyed my chicken tacos at this location of chipotle. I always am happy when the location gives me plenty of chicken. This was definitely the case at this location. I was very happy to see that my tacos are full of chicken. The chicken was also very Fresh and seasoned perfectly. The staff is very friendly and very quick to take orders. The food court in the mall was very clean tidy and was easy to find a table that was cleaned off.

took me about 20 minutes to get food with a line of only 10 people. all workers seem miserable and very rude. very little portions. the worst was the casheir went to the back for about 15 minutes so everyone had to wait to pay and get there food. when i payed she was so rude, rolled her eyes at me and ignored me when i asked for water and looked miserable the entire time. also out of both steak and honey chicken. my worst chipotle experience ever and will never return! sorry if you hate your job but don’t make it the customers problem!

Worst Chipotle! Staff had a major attitude. Employee gave me a half scoop of chicken. When I asked for a little more she gave me an attitude and wanted to charge me double. The other co worker also gave me an attitude. I am in customer service and know how people should be treated and this is not it. Management should know how their employees are treating customers.

Very bad experience with this store and chipotle staff , they gave my phone and wallet without identify to other person, because of them my identity disclosed to thief , I lost my all debit, credit cards , cash and they didn't even talk to me or co-operate to security , never again going there .not recommending , unprofessional staff .

Poor customer service, no smiles, don’t speak much English. This has the be the smallest portion I have ever been served at a chipotle and the bowl did not fill me. Corporate please note your location has 3.5 stars, constant poor service shouts as well portion skimping. Please step in and fix these issues. This bowl I ordered was not worth the price and no customer will come back for this.

DO NOT GO HERE! The service is trash and the food was disgusting. They apparently don’t have a first aid kit either… my son had cut her hand and I went up 2 different times to ask for a band aide and the “manager” said that they do not have a first aid kit… but in almost sure that every company is suppose to have a first aide kit, I asked not once but twice and got dirty looks and the manager said she could not give me one. I will be reporting them to the state health board as well.

I recently purchased a kid’s meal, which someone else picked up for me. I fully understand that a kid’s meal comes with three sides, and three sides only. However, the person ordering didn’t realize that carnitas hadn’t been added until they reached the cold selections—an honest mistake that anyone ordering for someone else could easily make. What’s unacceptable is the immediate attitude given to a paying customer over this. Instead of simply resolving the issue, the employee was rude, smacked her teeth, and made the process more difficult than necessary. The side was eventually paid for, but the poor attitude remained. When I returned to ask for a refund, the first response was, “Why?”—which I understand. However, the real issue was what followed: “Well, we already made it.” It took three employees to process a simple refund, with only one actually understanding her job and calling another manager to step in. Meanwhile, the manager at the front continued arguing with me, even after I clearly stated all I wanted was a refund. I took this moment to explain to your manager what customer service actually means. This isn’t about the customer always being right—it’s about hiring people who are suited for this kind of work. Your GSP location needs serious attention. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had, and I know I’m not the only one. The staff at this location is consistently rude. Again, this isn’t about portion sizes—I agree that your portions are reasonable. This is about the unacceptable customer service at this specific location. Arguing over a kid’s meal is ridiculous. Trying to avoid giving a refund is even worse. Do better. Train your employees properly, and stop setting them up for failure.
