The people that work here don’t know how to read. I’ve order the kids meal tacos with two tortillas. They always give me a quesadilla EVERY SINGLE TIME. This has happened over 3 times already and I’m extremely annoyed. How hard is it to read properly? Even though they give me a free replacement meal, I still wasted my time driving there for a meal that was not correct. The compensation is not sufficient for the amount of times I received an inncorrect order. It’s time chipotle starts doing reading comprehension tests. Going forward, check your food to make sure it’s correct. Whoever is packing these orders needs to go back to school clearly because they always give out the wrong stuff. These people are lazy. I always have problems at this location.
Update: it’s been a couple months later and this issue is STILL happening. if I’m paying for a specific item I expect to receive that. If it is too hard to read and prepare food, please have these employees do reading comprehension training

I have one cheat day every month and this month. I decided to go to chipotle. What are hughes mistake that was. My food wasn't that bad. But they never told me that there was a bogo going on. I bought 3 items and received one free. When I could have gotten another one for free easily? If they just would've suggested it??? The staff was not very kind pretty much rude. What did mine going back cause the food quality wasn't that bad.

Went to this Chipolte and it was difficult to find and the parking lot in the plaza was confusing a little bit too. The location is not very apparent . But I fondly found it only to find it was temporarily closed but there was staff in side working it was only 5:30 pm so I don’t know the exact reason for it to be temporarily closed but it was.

This is pathetic. $22 for this on uber eats and this is all the food they give me. Ordered a steak burrito with extra chicken, salsa, corn, cheese, sour cream. They forgot everything and just put dry chicken rice and beans. Im never coming here again, their burritos used to be 3 times the size of this

The bowl I ordered was filled to the top more than other locations, definitely worth what you pay for, and tasted very good. When I picked up my order on a Sunday a worker named Sonia was incredibly nice and friendly that I had to make this review!!
