Had my daughter's birthday party here for her and her classmates, and they had a blast. The place was packed, but the party host, Promise, went above and beyond to keep the kids engaged and excited. She was so sweet and attentive despite the chaos of the day. I'd come back to book a party just to have her host again!

For a large staff it is not run to it's expected experience. Found dirty tables, the line was long at times while one staff member was behind the counter. Management was at the entrance with another staff member before coming to help the line which he rude sense send another customer ahead of me after waiting on line to be assisted. Staff members on their phones while being assisted behind the counter as well. It really was not a great bang for my money.

What’s not to love? Chuck E. Cheese on a gloomy day, cheese pizza and kids wildin’ out, spotted Chucky on the dance floor. Always fun and I think this is one of the spacier ones in the area. 5 stars!

Chuck E. Cheese used to be a go-to spot for family fun, but after my recent visit, I’m not sure it lives up to the hype anymore. The arcade games, which were always the main draw, were hit or miss. Many were either broken or out of order, which was incredibly frustrating. Even the ones that worked seemed outdated, and I noticed a few machines that didn’t properly register points or tokens.
The pizza, which I remember being decent in the past, was a letdown this time around. It’s still passable, but it was lukewarm and felt a bit bland, especially considering the price. The salad bar was sparse and didn’t look all that fresh either. For the money you’re spending, I expected much better quality.
The place itself was incredibly noisy and overcrowded, making it hard to relax and enjoy the time there. It felt like a constant hustle and bustle, with kids running around everywhere and parents struggling to keep up. While I understand that Chuck E. Cheese is designed for kids, it made the whole experience feel chaotic and stressful for the adults, too.
The staff was friendly and did their best to keep things running, but they were clearly understaffed. The service was slow, and it took a bit longer than expected to get our food. The entertainment (the animatronic show) seemed outdated and wasn't as exciting as I remembered it being during my childhood.
All in all, Chuck E. Cheese might still work for a quick, fun outing with young kids, but it's hard to overlook the many issues. I was hoping for a more enjoyable experience, but there are definitely better places for family entertainment and dining out these days. I’ll likely skip this spot next time.

Since I completed a survey after the birthday, but no one from management cared to reach out, I will write a review. First, if you are having an event, please count the game cards given. I trusted my host, but he doesn't know how to count, or they have something to charge for a service you are not using. When he gave me the cards, he said we only put three less cards in case some party members do not show up, and when I looked in the bag, it did not look like 22 cards, but when hosting an event with that many kids, you trust the host to back you up, which he didn't. I paid for 25 kids and only had 22 because the birthday kid is free. The food tasted a little off. Unfortunately, you guys have a survey set up to know what happened but never work with the customer to improve things. Overall, I am upset and will not host another event here!

I just went to this place, and as soon as I got home, my child developed a fever. A few days later, I tested positive for COVID, while my friend who went with me and her child was diagnosed with Flu A. If you can avoid this place, you should, especially on Sundays when it gets very crowded. I'm also not sure if the cleanliness measures there are as good as they should be.

Teenage employee shut down the machines without warning, basically telling us to get out. My daughter was in the helicopter machine that goes about 6 feet in the air. Luckily my wife was near her because had she tried to get down herself, she would’ve gotten hurt.

🤗Everyone knows this is the place to be a kid.
But if you are an OG 😜 parent and you remember the cups of coins and the bag of tickets.

I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese! It's the perfect spot for kids to play, enjoy arcade games, and even meet Chuck E. himself.
