0 Stars if possible. Very disappointing customer service. This was our first time here, and before paying I specifically asked if the trampoline/playground was appropriate for my 18-month-old. I was told it was fine, so I purchased the package. Once we walked over, it was immediately clear the area was unsafe for her age, with much older kids running around, so we didn’t even enter.
I politely asked for a refund within minutes, but it was refused because my child had already put on the socks and a wristband—even though it had been less than 10 minutes and we never used the area, which could be confirmed by the employee stationed at the playground area. This could have been easily resolved with a courtesy refund, but instead it was handled poorly. Very frustrating experience.

I’ll send it here for my daughter’s friends fifth birthday party and was the first time ever going early in the morning for a party and I have to say it was the best experience ever not crowded at all. Would highly recommend doing birthday parties early in the morning.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the place. I came tonight and bring my daughter. I saw the prices and it said 7.99 $ a month to come any day and get 40 games which it was cool. We only wanted the trampolines or the jumping place. Come to find out is not included and is 15 $ extra each time. I immediately asked if I could cancel the membership and I was told to late now . I’m deeply upset. For 24 dollars a month I go to Urbanair in S Hackensack and you can play all night any day of the year. Also you get free cookies each time. But here you pay 15 dollars each time you want to take your child to this small jump place. Absolutely ridiculous. Please be careful before you sign up and get tricked
