I hesitated to comment several times, but after reading some negative comments on a local Facebook page memories of my grandson's birthday came flooding back to me. I must say the food has improved , but the place was dirty, especially the cutlery caddy that they brought to the table . It was filthy, it looked like it hadn't been washed in months, the floor was horrible also. We have had several parties there, but after speaking with my daughter, we will not be returning for ANY parties. The place is definitely not clean.

My little one loves this place. Today (Thursday, July 24), it was a little hectic. There was summer camps there today. The skee ball games some were full of balls, some were empty. You see the kids throwing the balls in the wrong one. The air hockey game the thing that you hold with your hand, one was missing. I go to another game and then come back. Now both holders are there but the puck is missing. We have the membership discounts that they offer. Which isn't bad at all. You get 40 points daily to use. And discount on foods.

The only thing I liked was looking at the floor. Everything was horrible. Food was not so great. My pizza looked like a piece of paper sloped with salsa and cheese. The games were pretty cool I guess considering they do have better games than my local one in Wayne NJ. Not to be rude but this place is not what I would like to go to every time.

My girls really love coming here but the wait for the food is long and the amount is very rationed. The pizza is very small and the crust is very thin for $18.99. The amount of fries you get for $4.49 is ridiculously small. Do better guys. Time is hard on everyone.

Great for a lot of age ranges my toddlers love it here and the new trampoline area is awesome. Stuffed crust pizza is surprisingly bomb.

Great experience, celebrated my son’s 8th birthday there and we could not be happier with how everything worked out, Promise was our host and went far and beyond to make my son’s party a time to remember. The cheese crusted pizza was to die for and the atmosphere was amazing. Place was super clean and everything went awesome!

Had my sons birthday here. We did the early access package which was before chuck-e-cheese opened. Definitely recommend as it got super busy once they opened (this was a sunday) it was super fun and easy. All the kids and even the adults had a blast!
Been to chuck-e-cheese many times after and my son always has a great time. $20 can get you 20 games which is good for a 5 year old. They have good package deals and it's not super busy during the weekday mornings.
