The employees were personable, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I spoke with greeters, outside and a cashier. What impresses me most about this market is they have organic foods and some of them are actually lower in price than foods that are not organic - found in other stores. Great quality foods and nice prices! Also, they were not crowded. They were well-stocked and I was able to make many purchases and check out quickly, without having to wait on any lines. Great!! I decided to return, for reasons stated above. Again, I was quite pleased with the organic foods, prices, positive manner of the employees and because the store is staffed well enough to prevent long lines. I continue to shop here. I tried the 365 salmon that is vacuum-sealed and frozen. It was delicious. The staff continues to be helpful, professional, polite, efficient and personable - Lauren was the cashier the last two times I shopped. This store and its staff continue to be quite helpful!

This is definitely one of the biggest Whole Foods that i've been in! During this pandemic, I've really been taken care of my health more and eating a more organic, plant-based diet whenever I am cooking. Whole Foods has been my go-to grocery store especially because of their fresh quality ingredients, extra discounts because of Amazon prime, and it is not overly crowded like other supermarkets. There is nothing more frustrating than going a super crowded supermarket navigating around shopping carts even pre-covid and having to wait forever on line. For the most part, I can complete all my groceries for the week at Whole foods. I usually go to Whole Foods closer to my home but when I am in Paramus, i'll definitely be stopping by this location as well. They have a great variety of healthier, organic alcoholic beverages compared to any other liquor store I've been to.

You can buy Hot and cold foods, organic aisle groceries although a bit more pricey than your regular supermarket. Tried their treats as well, but I have yet to find a sweet treat that I will remember here.

This store seems to be poorly managed and is getting stranger and more disorganized. They should focus on selling groceries and doing that well. Forget the clothes, vitamins and trinkets. The way they run the store makes no sense to me. Very often, shelves are a mess. The coffee bar was closed down for months for renovation. Reopened bar was not as good as before, then it closed down again.

Don't bother buying any Whole Foods gift cards. They are not accepting them. Had to leave all my groceries and will go without dinner tonight.

Ok I have not been a fan of this store since Amazon took over. But to show how fare I can be this is a positive review. They are updating the store and it is looking good. 5 stars goes to Earl who works in the deli area serving and preparing incredible hot food, you must try this area. For a very reasonable $15 dollars you get a incredible meal ! I go with the salmon with a side of Earls incredible Mac and cheese and then top it off with a vegetable. Earl is the reason the food is so good ! He has a terrific personality and is from the beautiful country of Jamaica. I enjoy our conversation and he knows his business. Great job Earl I hope the management realize they are lucky to have such a great employee. See you soon ! Robert

This location is HUGE, which allows for more variety and selection, which I like. The Whole Foods employees I interacted with were great. I also like that this location has self checkout, which allowed me to get out much faster than I normally do. This should be expanded to other Whole Foods. The Amazon Prime shoppers and the lack of availability of some products were both issues. The shoppers were fairly polite compared to other locations, but there are so many of them that no matter how polite they are, they make shopping in some aisles a real challenge. Additionally, they seem to be having a shortage on frozen veggies. The freezer was bare in some areas. Nevertheless, if you can go at a time when it isn't super busy, and also crowded with Amazon Prime shoppers, it could be a good experience overall.

I finally learned where everything was in the store and now during a pandemic they decide to do a full renovation you can't find anything anymore and even the employees are lost. They are making the aisles even smaller so much for staying six feet apart not to mention all the prime shoppers crowding the store making it even harder to shop. I don't feel safe shopping there like I use to fix this WFS for the sake of your customers and employees. We want to be able to get in and out quickly.

Whole Foods has gone down hill ever since amazon purchased it. This used to be the best store, however now it has become sub par. Most (not all) of The employees never smile and barely look at you when you ask them a question. They are always out of stock in many items. Ever since amazon purchased Whole Foods, they have raised their prices on many items. They claim they reduced their prices on produce, but they have raised their prices on many produce items all back up. The quality of the produce and meats all appear to have dropped since amazon took over.

Please bring the produce freshness back to normal - per- amazon state! And change back the condom-like rotisserie chicken packaging to a box!

Only the best quality and great selection. The price is why it is not five stars. Prepared foods are great. This location is more for prepared foods then shopping because inside mall. Tough location for food shopping.

Thank you Janelle at the coffee bar. This super sweet lady rocks. I always have the best experience ever with Janelle, she makes the best espresso. I appreciate her knowledge of the coffee, it's always hot fresh, and it's way better than Starbucks! Not only is Janelle's coffee better, and fresher, she treats all of her customers exceptionally well. I look forward to coming to Wholefoods just so I can have my dose of the best tasting coffee I have ever had outside of being in South America. If you go to Wholefoods Paramus ask for Janelle, she is absolutely the best! I order the Americano Decaf, and O-M-G it is the best morning treat ever. So grateful to all the friendly staff at the Coffee bar. I know that anyone reading this review that loves top quality coffee will appreciate this hidden gem in Wholefoods. The aroma of the fresh ground coffee beans is enough to draw you over to there counter. I am posting pics below of the various blends. It is a coffee lovers paradise! I have walked passed this gem for years, but now it is a must visit each time I stop by, which is every other day.

Not as great as before Amazon! Some items became hard to find, especially in produce section and in fish section.

I love this store in the Bergen Town Center. It is so big and beautiful, plus their hot/cold bar, sandwich bar, pizza counter, etc. are all super amazing. The service here is excellent. This store is extremely clean and organized. Staff seems professional, friendly and helpful. They sell wine here which I love since so many grocery stores in New Jersey do not sell it. The reason for 4 stars is because the pricing in Whole Foods, across the board. I always call it 'Whole Check', hahaha!
