If you work in the mall here's how your experience will be:
You decide, hey, I need a little pick me up before/ after work. You stop by, and decide hey, I'll just get a little drink. The drink will always have too much milk, but it's whatever, they must just be busy right?
Wrong. The only time your order will ever take <10 minutes will be ordering a premade drink like a black coffee.
Say one day you notice a good deal in the app, so you order some sandwich and a drink. Preorder it 10 minutes early, so your order should be there on time, right? RIGHT? wrong.
They always prioritize in person orders, and never scan it correctly to get points in the app. Even then, it's a good 1% chance they get your order right.
15 minutes later you arrive, and it's STILL not ready. Why? Every order they make is one. By one. By one. You wanted hashbrowns and a sandwich? Get ready to wait 20+ minutes (which I've had to before, multiple times). You arrive there 20 min after placing your order? They just finished calling their friend and opened the fridge to start on your hashbrowns. Then wait for the hash browns to cook. Then take them out, and put them in a bag. Then take out an egg and put it in the oven. Then wait for the egg to cook. Then take out the egg and put in a croissant. Then wait for the croissant to cook. Then take it out, assemble, scroll on their phone a bit, then put it out. Not to mention doing this for EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. BEFORE YOU.

I've been going here for over a year and today I've just gotten completely fed up with it. I ordered a drink, hashbrowns, and an english muffin sandwich. I ordered it 15 minutes before I even got there, with the place being completely empty.
I get my drink and it's just completely milk. No coffee or flavoring. Straight up milk.

2 people come in, make their orders, and get them instantly. By the time I get my 'drink', the lady has just finished the hash browns and I watch her incorrectly start on a croissant sandwich, go on her phone, realize its finished, then put it in my order. Only then does she go to the pick up section, see my order was an english muffin, and just stare at it blankly while I'm waiting for my order. She looks at my order, looks at the ticket, looks at my order, looks at the ticket, sees its wrong, and still puts it out for me to pick up right in front of her.

It took a total of 25 minutes to even get my order, with only 5 minutes left for me to get to work and scarf it down before my shift. I kept going here just because it's cheap and the points system is great, but holy crap I've had absolutely enough of this place. Workers are horrible except one tall lady who is the only kind person in that horrible place.

If you want to pay for shitty food a wawa could do better and wait half an hour for a sandwich you didn't want and a half liter of sugary milk, this place is perfect for you!

the employees don’t know what they’re doing, this is about the third time i’ve come here in a row and they get my order wrong. the last time was my last straw. they obviously don’t ever take the time to look at their menu bc they don’t even know what’s on it. when i received the wrong order, i mentioned it right away and the lady told me to take the wrong order anyway, because it’s “just as good”. lady, what?? i don’t want this cheap cup of coffee i want what i paid for!! like how bizarre do you have to be. then proceeds to tell me they ran out of the one i wanted. which wouldn’t have been an issue…. IF THEY TOLD ME THAT WHEN I FIRST ORDERED IT. these people are in utter shambles. running around w their mouths hanging open, not a single functioning brain cell. there are customers around me getting their orders incorrectly and complaining as well. when they refused to make my order correctly, i just asked for a refund, in which they gave me attitude for. like what? did you expect me to give u money and walk away with nothing? be so fr. yall are grown adults acting like confused toddlers

I don’t think I have ever had this bad of an experience at a food establishment ever. I work at another store in the mall this Dunkin is in and came here on my 30 minute break. I order my meal and stand off to the side to wait for them to make it. The lady tells me that my card didn’t go through and asks me to pay again to which I do but as she gives me the receipt it is completely for someone else’s order and I realize she just had me pay for another person’s meal. I tell her this and she tells me she will fix it but proceeds to attend to other customers as I’m left waiting for her to refund me and for me to receive my meal. She ends up refunding me but refunds me the wrong amount and I have to correct her on the amount she had me pay for. During all of this I still have none of my food. At this point I only had 10 minutes left of my break and I am pretty much forced to accept the wrong drink (I ordered a sugar cookie iced latte and she handed me a caramel iced latte claiming this is the drink I ordered). I go back to the backroom of the store I work in and take a bite of my croissant just to see a weird bright green splotch on the bottom on my croissant. If I could give this place a big fat zero I would. This place is god awful and genuinely no one should come here

rudest customer service ever!! i went to dunkin’ donuts to grab coffee and there was this hispanic kid who was there alone i asked “hi how are you” three times and he said “what do you want” in a rude way and i just walked out these teens/kids nowdays are so rude and don’t know what there doing please hired people who are actually nicer and can actually do their job. i will NOT be coming back here!’

Hot coffee cups constantly leaking. When they run out of the bagel that you requested on your online order, they just change it without checking with you or letting you know that they've changed it. luckily, I'm not allergic to blueberries. but if I asked for a cinnamon raisin and got blueberry and had been allergic that would have been a very bad day for them.
