Placed order while in line to pay at BJs since the placed looked busy. Half hour later our order still isn’t ready even after my wife asked the lady about our order. We had to jump in line with the other people placing their order just to get our order completed. She only focused on people at the line, and worked 1 order at a time with no attempt at multitasking to try and catch up on multiple orders.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing. The employee is either overwhelmed or doesn’t care, but it’s not ok either way. This place need to either staff appropriately during busy hours, have somebody capable if they’re going to be alone, or just remove mobile order altogether if you’re not able to fulfill the order without having someone line up.
Not friendly nor apologetic, but simply tried to offer us donuts.

My coffee was good after having to send it back , but I’ve never seen a sandwich come out like this. The ladies at the window were just giggling away @ my inconvenience. I also asked for ketchup while I ordered and got nothing but a Burnt sandwich. Sad thing is I was so excited to get a Dunkin close to me but guess I’ll be tracing the 10-15 min for mine.Very disappointed ☹️
